Not only that, Juan did me a solid by getting the alterations done in-time with a big move out of state. Last minute, off of a random walk-in, and brother still treated me like I was a long time regular. As requested, Julia did what she could to salvage them. When we picked up my items this afternoon, Julia's last words to come back if anything was unsatisfactory.
