If anything, that actually added to the experience for her. She liked the vibe and inside decor, not because she partakes in cannabis use, but she's not familiar with the 420 culture in the first place so it all kind of stood out. I agree with that as well. The design plays into the theme well! This of course extends to the menu as well. All sandwiches are named after different strains of weed. I got the Kali Mist - a spicy turkey club - on white and my mom got the KGB - a roast beef and horseradish sandich - on garlic herb. As opposed to small, medium, large, the sizes are nug, pinner, and blunt. We both got nug sizes since we weren't too hungry at the time but still wanted to try. Long story short, the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. They're all toasted so the bread provides a great, warm base. The avocado on the Kali Mist stood out for me, providing a nice rich flavor and texture amongst everything else. I tried a bit of the KGB as well and the horseradish gives a nice contrast to the flavorful roast beef. Overall, I would definitely come back again to try out more of the sandwiches.

This particular spot is a deli sandwich place; they do have some standout choices, but I was craving tuna, so I ordered their Pacific Blue (Tuna Melt). Loved that they toasted the buns; it was good but didn't wow me. They skimped on the cheese and didn't add the jalapeños I requested. Service was incredibly slow, but there was a huge rush-hour crowd, so I'll overlook it. All in all, the theme is cool. Loved that they had vendors and music available the day we went; it gave us an opportunity to have something to do while we waited. I did spot board games, but naturally didn't think we'd need them. The goo ball was overly buttery and definitely had peanut butter. It was good for the first couple of bites but I quickly tossed it afterward once it became too much. If a deli is your thing, give it a try. I'm sure on any other given day they'd be better at delivering a sandwich with everything.

The Chinese and Mexican Salads are both amazing! Worth the money! The chicken salad in the case or on the sandwich is another favorite! Get the Blums cake! It is worth every calorie. This most recent visit we skipped it in favor of the strawberry cake which was stale and a big let down. I called later to let them know it should probably be pulled and should have been so a day or so earlier. I get it--it's hard to keep cake fresh without a lot of preservatives, but even at room temp it was stale. Blums cake will never let you down, though. Best to go on a day when patio dining works with the weather because inside can be loud and crowded at lunch! It's a very popular place!

There was always a crowd here, but there is a pretty quick turnaround. It's loud so you do have to speak up to hear each other. My mom and I both had combo number one which is a half a sandwich with the soup of the day. Today they had tomato soup and chili. My mom had half a turkey sandwich with tomato soup and I had half of a chicken Panini with a bowl of chili.! The service was quick and the food was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back to try other items.

It's super easy to walk up, check out all the options, and place your order. The space is very clean and designed for grab-and-go, which works perfectly for the location. Parking was also surprisingly easy. We ordered the bacon, egg & cheese on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and the Nova lox on a gluten-free bagel, both were absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for from a bagel shop. Wishing this new spot all the best. We'll definitely be back

When I got them home, my wife asked why I got her a garlic bagel. Then I tasted mine, and it too tasted like garlic, with just a hint of cinnamon. My strawberry smear was so weak it tasted like plain cream cheese. I don't know if Dan's Bages doesn't clean its slicer or knives, or how close attention you pay to the taste of your bagels and cream cheese. But, I will not be back. Terrible bagel, terrible experience. UPDATE The management responded quickly to my complaint, refunded my purchase, and says she has addressed the taste/equipment problem with the staff. She invited me back in the future to see if the changes were reflected in the taste of the product. We will give it another try. I am upping the rating to three stars, for now. Check back later for another update.

My husband found The Great Outdoors Sub Shop, and it absolutely hit the spot. I ordered the turkey and cheese with the works (minus tomatoes), and my husband went with the same sandwich but built his own without the preset toppings. The bread is baked fresh in-house, and all of the fixings tasted fresh and high quality. I grabbed a bag of chips and a drink, and it made for a solid, satisfying meal. If I'm being picky, I wouldn't have minded a little more meat--but overall, the flavor was on point. The place was clean, with steady foot traffic from nearby businesses, which is always a good sign. The servers were ready to take on all the orders that came in. Bonus points: they also offer desserts and ice cream! Definitely a great option if you're craving a classic deli experience

One sandwich was the club and the other sandwich was the turkey pastrami. By my mistake, I thought that my was going to be turkey and pastrami. Truly an experience found easily on W. Victory Blvd. in Fort Worth, the Swiss pastry shop is unique. There is something for everyone to be found here from cookies to amazing pies and cheesecake slathered with cherry topping. Helper chose cherry pop over. The pastry was not as normally expected flaky, it was a beautiful delicious bite, filled with cherry filling, nearly like a jelly filled doughnut. The greatest compliment I can pay a pastry shop is that I might go in for one bear claw and come out satisfied. Today we went in for oatmeal cookies and came out with two boxes because we couldn't decide which one we wanted more. I just see from the attached photos. We came out with two boxes one filled with cookies and one filled with pastries because one box was not going to be enough. We are not a family of eight, so we're going to have to fill ourselves up or find some really sweet friends to share with soon. You will not be disappointed, and we saw they also are offering coffee. We had ours brewing at home so we continued on our drive. Give them a try if you have not there are gluten-free options available as well. Last I forget, the service was exceptional worthy of 5+ stars and the ambience is smells as delicious as it looks, and lots of smiles all around, especially from the patrons
