It's close by to TCU, so we ran into a lot of students needing a some caffeine boost. We were lucky to find street parking right in front of the shop. I can imagine how hard it would be to find parking during busy rush hour. I like their line up of condensed milk behind the counter- that's how you know they are not joking around. My iced Vietnamese coffee was creamy and not too sweet with a strong coffee taste. Some Vietnamese coffee are too strong and make me feel queasy, but not this coffee! I wish it was close by. This shop is so cute and the perfect place to open up a laptop to get work done. I'll be back if I'm on this side of town again.

If you don't get one of the free spots right in front, you have to pay, on the weekend it was free for the first 2 hours. Paying for parking is always a deal breaker for me when it comes to grabbing a matcha. Also, they played Disney Channel-type music pretty much the entire 3 hours we were there. A little more variety would've been nice. Even some calm lo-fi music would've fit better since most people were studying or catching up with friends. It was just a little distracting after a while. The table next to us wasn't as patient - they got up and left after waiting for at least ten minutes, if not fifteen, for someone, anyone, to come and acknowledge their presence. This was our second time there, and it was just as slow as it was about two year's ago. My advice: go there if you want to sit and eat with a nice view of the Trinity River and you have no place to be for a good 60-90 minutes. Otherwise, go elsewhere for coffee or breakfast/lunch where the pace of the service is reasonable and realistic.
