I found their website in the show links and decided to order a cake for my wife's birthday. The first thing that you need to know is that this isn't a traditional storefront bakery. They take custom orders or you can choose from their selection on the website. The owners of this bakery are Chinese and my interaction with them through e-mail was a bit tough (although they did respond after a few messages). It seems that WeChat or Instagram might be the best means of communication if you need to get a hold of them. Communication aside, the cake we got (the sweet heart) exceeded our expectations. The cake was in a heart shape with strawberry mouse and fresh cream and looked amazing. Photos didn't do it justice. It also tasted really good - light, not too sweet and the strawberry mousse was a great balance of sweet and tangy. Prices here are pretty expensive - but you definitely get what you pay for. They take their craft seriously. People that work here are nice and it'd be great to see more exposure for their products. Thumbs up.
