The Asian lady who serviced me was wearing glasses and seemed extremely rushed. She applied so much pressure while threading that she cut my skin and even broke the thread. I left in actual pain and was very disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately, this one visit ruined the trust I had built over the past 2 years, and I won't be returning.

Brows pre threading there is clearly hair in my left brow bottom line AND tail and now the hair is less in the tail too.

She thoroughly explained how to prepare our skin beforehand and made us feel comfortable throughout each treatment. My grandma, who is not easily impressed, was pleased with the results of her facial. My mom couldn't stop talking about how soft and smooth her skin felt after the sugaring and threading. As for me, it was my first time getting a brow lamination, and Jenny did an amazing job shaping and evening out my brows while giving my entire face a clean, polished look. Because I have extremely sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about having a reaction to the lamination treatment, but everything went perfectly. I also really appreciate that Jenny carefully selects products she personally uses and trusts, choosing only those that meet high international quality standards. What truly stood out was her level of care. She even followed up the next day to check on how each of our skin was doing after our treatments. We talked some story while she did my brows and BOOM, was pau. I'm updating on the healing process after the first round of ombre powder brows over previous work (ombre powder and microblading by other artists). I followed the procedures given to me by Jee. LOVED that she texted them to me along with care cards included in my aftercare package. I used ice packs, that helped with the swelling and sunburn sensation a lot. My skin type is oily and with the previous artist that did ombre powder brows, a lot of the ink fell out quickly within months. So to help with ink retention we did the aftercare a bit differently. After a while the normal healing process happened. This includes flaking, peeling and itching. This lasted about 4 weeks for me until the final scab fell off. Then the brows appeared lighter for a while because new skin was growing under the scabs. Then finally the color came back. I asked for more dramatic make-up looking brows instead of natural ones because I was afraid of them fading again so fast. And she did not disappoint! Mariya is exceptional, she is very inexpensive, flexible with reservations and most importantly very talented. I've been with her since she got cited for not having a beauty license and was forced to shut down. She didn't give up and went to school to get her beauty license and was Blessed to still work on the side at salon salon but business was not as busy as it was at the mall. Awesome aura! I've been going to Eni for years (since her Smith Street beginnings) and she's really the only one I will go to (after having experienced other lash bars / salons). I trust her with my lashes and I know she doesn't skimp on quality or precision placement. To give you an idea of how long Eni has been crafting her skills - she was perhaps one of the premier estheticians to offer lash extensions and perfected placement and precision. She has the experience and skills that many of these places don't offer. Private and one-on-one service is what you will get when you see Eni. You won't see a waiting room full of people waiting for their service nor will you get that "neighbor" that talks endlessly while you're trying to get your facial. Since…read morethen I have been going to her for my eyelash extensions, facials, and microblading. 1. eyelash extensions: she does an excellent job matching what looks good with your eye type and in the end it looks very natural. I love how she cleans my eyes and sometimes I fall asleep hehe. 2. facials: one time i went to one of the spas at pearlridge and did a facial and I was very disappointed. I expected more out of them because of the price I am paying for but NO! Compared to Eni, she takes care of you from beginning to end. I love what she uses to open my pores and take out the blackheads, the way she massages not only my face but also my neck, head, and arms, and I love how fresh my face feels at the end. 3. Microblading: it took me almost 2 years until I got the courage to try it out. At first I was nervous but when she put the numbing cream and after 20-30min when she started working on my brows, i didn't feel anything. The numbing cream was awesome! You will have to do 2 sessions and then after come back a year for touch up. Its been almost a month since my follow up 2nd session with her and I currently live on the mainland due to the military and I have not had to put any brow makeup. Overall: the price is affordable, the customer service is fantastic! When I was sick for 3 weeks, she was able to accommodate and work with my schedule to reschedule for my 1st session microblading. You will need to try and book with her at east 2 weeks to a month in advance because she is in demand! When I go back home to Hawaii for vacation, I will be calling her to do my facial and touchup on my brows. She is not just my go to person but also a great friend.

My grandma received the Omakase Facial, something she had wanted to try for a long time. My mom had full-face sugaring and threading, and I had full-face sugaring and threading along with a brow lamination. None of us had experienced these treatments before, so we weren't sure what to expect. From start to finish, Jenny was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. She thoroughly explained how to prepare our skin beforehand and made us feel comfortable throughout each treatment. My grandma, who is not easily impressed, was pleased with the results of her facial. My mom couldn't stop talking about how soft and smooth her skin felt after the sugaring and threading. As for me, it was my first time getting a brow lamination, and Jenny did an amazing job shaping and evening out my brows while giving my entire face a clean, polished look. Because I have extremely sensitive skin, I was a little nervous about having a reaction to the lamination treatment, but everything went perfectly. I also really appreciate that Jenny carefully selects products she personally uses and trusts, choosing only those that meet high international quality standards. What truly stood out was her level of care. She even followed up the next day to check on how each of our skin was doing after our treatments. That personal touch meant so much and speaks volumes about how dedicated she is to her clients. As I said in my past review I have areas of natural curl and cowlicks that have been challenging for some stylists ....Debbies handles them just right. She great with short cuts, I have a pixie cut, some reason it's more difficult to find stylist experienced with short cuts close to where I live. I've have not had her do my color yet, I've heard from two friends that she is very experienced as a color specialist. She located in the Mall with her own private space. She is very personable and I enjoy talking story with her.

Everyone I talked to would be staring distractedly at my naked eyeball!! I don't blame them!! But I was emotionally over it!! I had to find someone who could see me ASAP!! Now, I am one of those old [fashioned] humans who still calls people and businesses... on the phone. I know it seems aggressive to sensitive, young humans to call before texting but I'm pushing 40 and am unapologetically old school. Mel answered my call immediately and fit me in the same day with Jasmine for lash removal. I was [am] so grateful for the swift response and accommodation! Jasmine removed those yucky old bristles off my eyes effortlessly and gently and made me look normal again. They were so sweet and Jasmine seemed very knowledgeable in lashes that I booked with her for a new set the following day. I like my lashes to be that "in between" style... Like, natural glam, soft/ light volume. She found an example that i loved called 'kitten lashes' which is a cross between open eye and cat eye and she NAILED it! It's so nice to find someone who just gets it right! It's so sexy without being super heavy and fake. I get people asking me "Are those YOUR lashes?!" I love that! When they're so beautiful that they catch attention but they're so beautiful that people can't tell if they're real or fake... ;) Disclaimer: Jasmine is very gentle and the situation is so relaxing that you might find yourself snoring yourself awake every few minutes...
