My new car got a flat tire while on a trip to LA. Jose arrived at the hotel, after being contacted by our roadside assistance opperater, we were staying at and immediately put us at ease. He was patient explaining everything to us and ended up not towing us but inflating the tire and followed me to the nearest tire shop to have the flat fixed. We can't thank him enough. His calm and personable demeanor really made the whole process go smoothly and got us back to enjoying our time on vacation. read more

Utilized 805 to get my son's vintage Mustang to a transmission shop from Santa Barbara to Goleta. Price was very reasonable, they showed up on time and took very good care of the car from pickup to dropoff. Very happy with the service and not that I would want to do it again, but I would definitely contact 805 if the need arises. read more

I needed a jump & called 805 Roadside for assistance. They've always been helpful, and I knew I could count on them to take care of me. Cortez promptly came out to help me. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain a few things to me about my drive train that I was unsure about. It was like being helped by an old friend! He gave me a card, letting me know to call anytime, and got me on my way. Always a great experience with 805 Roadside! read more

I had a holiday towing emergency out of A city parking lot for my electric vehicle. Mike was an excellent tech who did his best to diagnose my situation and then tell me where I need to go. read more

Very disappointed with my experience. The fees were extremely expensive, do not offer payment plans or couldn't adjust storage fees, even after I explained I had been hospitalized after my accident and could not pick up my vehicle. She told me I had to pay in person before 5 p.m. or my account would be sent to collections. I arranged transportation and showed up, only to find out she had left about an hour and a half early to pick up her kids. She asked me to wait 30 minutes after already closing early or come back again tomorrow, which was very unprofessional -- especially since I don't have a vehicle and had to coordinate a ride. She initially refused to let me pay over the phone and then later said she'll will make an "exception" (mind you for her sake of leaving the office unattended early) I could pay via email. Overall, very unprofessional and frustrating experience. read more

Got a flat tire in my Tesla. Called a few tow companies in the area for a tow to big brand tires on Milpas from hidden valley area. Best price quoted was 805 roadside at $150. They showed up fast- maybe 10 minutes. I was surprised when they didn't have a flatbed for my Tesla but the driver was great and assured me "all 4 tires will be off the ground". He hooked up my car and put the back wheels on a dolly- no issues here- driver was very knowledgeable about teslas knowing that they need either a flatbed or dolly for towing to prevent catastrophe. Overall great experience. I also gave big brand 5 stars for their part in the whole ordeal as well (in a separate review). read more

Robber company！！！this towing company makes more money than robbing, their price is ridiculously high, $385 an hour, even though it's only 1 mile away. you better go get your car as early as possible because they charge $108 per day for storage. My car was illegally towed by los carneros apartments and I have a reasonable suspicion that they are working together. Saturday night to Monday morning totaled $720. And a huge scratch was found on the side of my car! Robbery company, Please choose other company for the safety of your car and your wallet! read more

805 Roadside Towing - Scratches caused by towing - Towing Near Me - Goleta, California

Truthfully, these people are Lifesavers! I was in a really bad position. My moving truck was stuck on a hill, almost ready to flip over into a river bed.. I called their competitor in the area with a lot of five star reviews and they told me it would be $950 per hour two hour minimum. When I tried to explain the situation, the lady Was extremely rude and told me do you want us to do the job or not? I was shocked!! So I gave 805 roadside a chance. They came out within 30 minutes Hugo and I'm assuming his boss, charged me $350 per hour. It took them two hours because they were methodical to ensure they did not damage my truck while they were pulling it out safely putting it back on flatland.. The total bill was only $700. not only were they professional, but they were confident and kept their word with the price. I would not hesitate for a second to call these guys again a matter of fact they are my go to for any situation for my company or family for now on. Thank you very much. You guys made a really hard day bounce back to a Salvageable predictable day. read more

A Big thanks to Aaron at 805 Roadside Sssistance. After several companies not showing up and hours on the side of the road. I called 805 roadside who picked up the phone and immediately dispatched a flatbed with grace and ease. They were punctual and professional, and most importantly delicate with my prized motorcycle stranded on the side of the road overnight. I Couldn't ask for a better experience. My bike made it home safely and I felt confident every step of the way. If you're wondering who to call and either Goleta or Santa Barbara, you have my vote! Check out 805 Roadside towing. read more

Ran out of gas on the freeway and called for roadside assistance. My roadside assistance provider sent 805 Towing to get me a gallon to get me going again. I got a text pretty immediately from the roadside assistance provider that 805 Towing would be there in 30 to 60 minutes. They followed up with a phone number for 805 towing, which I called. A helpful lady answered the phone and let me know that the tow truck was just leaving their facility and was stopping to get gas and should be there shortly. A few minutes later I got a call from the tow truck driver himself saying he was on the way and requested my exact location on the freeway. He showed up about 5 minutes later and fueled me up. He was fast and friendly and I appreciated that they brought a large tow truck just in case the problem wasn't me running out of gas they could haul my large SUV away. If you don't have a roadside assistance provider that has a contract with a towing company in the area and are in need of assistance I would definitely recommend 805 Towing. read more

My car broke down on the 400 block of Milpas this morning and called to get a quote for it to be towed to the mechanic which is located on the 700 block of Milpas Street. A distance of 0.3, and the quote was $150!!!! For a company who strives to provide an affordable price, what a JOKE!!! Their greediness led me to use Bob Holtzer Towing as they completely understand what affordable means by charging me less than half of what 805 Towing quoted me. Don't ever waste your time with such an opportunistic company such as 805 Towing as they don't deserve your business. Shame on you 805 Towing! read more

My car got a flat tire in Goleta and I called 805 Roadside Towing for assistance. Ramiro was on the scene within 45 minutes and he was a pleasure to work with! Not only did he check the spare tire (which was useless), but he diagnosed the issue with the flat tire. When he realized it was a puncture on the top of the tire, he recommended me to go to a location that can patch it up. Ramiro then put air in my tire and we drove (me in my car and he in the towing truck) to the location (Filix Tires), where Filix and crew patched my tire in 5 minutes!! How efficient! I was on the road immediately and so far, no issues! Ramiro also recommended a place I can go to get a spare tire. I am very pleased with the service I received that day and will recommend anyone that I know to this company, specifically requesting Ramiro ;) read more

This place provides timely and professional service that goes above and beyond. I initially needed help because I couldn't get my car to start. My request was for a battery jump, but when it turned out that the problem was something else, my tow truck operator, Ramiro Zamora, managed to get the car started so I could drive to a nearby mechanic. Later, after the mechanic had worked on the car, it quickly shut off in the middle of the road. Another helpful tow truck operator, José Cortez, came by promptly and towed my vehicle back to the mechanic, and gave me super useful, independent advice about my situation. With my car in the shop, he also kindly gave me a lift home. Big shoutout to these fantastic operators! read more

Today was my lucky day! Lucky because today is the day my RV tire blew out while driving through Santa Bárbara, and 805Roadside Towing came to my rescue. Within 10 minutes of the initial call, Aaron showed up and assessed the circumstances. He was warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He determined that I'd need a different truck with the right tools to jack the trailer up, so he called his colleague. Leo showed up in under 10 minutes, and immediately established trust with his friendly demeanor and orientation to customer-service. He worked quickly, efficiently, and delivered high-quality work. He went above and beyond by checking the health and air pressure of our remaining tires. The tire change was fairly price, $50 less expensive than Good Sam quoted.
