The getting to LAX was fine and when she dropped me off, I said, "see you on Thursday at 11". Margo Stanley, the owner, said it was supposed to be 8. I didn't think too much about it until t was the day before my return. I texted and gave my flight information about my flight and my arrival was 11:30 am. She didn't respond that until 3:47 am which I wouldn't receive until I awoke. So I read the message stating that I had said 8:51 AM when I confirmed, which is true. Ms. Stanley simply stated that she had other appointments scheduled around my original pick up time and she couldn't wait two and half hours for me. No let me ask my other pick up if they want to go eat so we can kill some time. I would've even paid for it. Or even worse, it was a drop off and Ms. Stanley alone wouldn't wait. Overall, just not a person that should be in customer service. She didn't care one iota that I would be stuck there. Ultimately, this means if your plane is delayed for any reason, Margo Stanley, will not be inconvenienced to wait for you. If you want to put that much faith not only in the airline to get you there in time you must pray that Ms. Stanleys other schedules remain intact.Here are the texts which is where our state of humanity is.

    I rode from Bakersfield to LAX with this company and didn't have any problems the first time. They…read morewere about 20 minutes late, but I didn't miss my flight or anything. My return trip was another story. After arriving back at LAX from an overnight flight from Chile, I could not contact anyone. I was originally told that I would be picked up shortly, then calls and texts went unanswered for hours. No rental cars were available for one way drop off to Bakersfield and Uber was almost $200. I was finally able to get another private shuttle service to get me back home after waiting almost 6 hours. It cost me twice as much as I had planned on. I thought I'd give them another try today. My son-in-law was leaving Bakersfield to ship out to Boot Camp with the Army. I confirmed a pick up time of 3:30 am. When no one arrived, we texted at 3:40. No response. We called at 3:50. No response. I called 5 more times as I got ready to make the drive myself. Still no response. So I drove him to LAX myself at 4:00 am. It is 11:00 and I still have gotten no response to any calls or texts. Do not make the same mistake I did and give them a try. It is not worth the stress!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could give a negative rating I would.

We arrived later than I was suppose too and had to wait longer to board the ship. When we arrived back in Long Beach port, we were stranded and left there to figure our own way home. I tried calling and texting with no answers. A man asked us if we needed a ride . I said yes, To Bakersfield. He took us home costing us more. The cost was worth it and exceeded my expectations.

I got sent to a robot voice who told me your voice mail box had not been set up. How do you expect to be in business for yourself when this is what happens when we try to call you? REVISION: Michelle responded quickly to my one-star review and I want to change that to a four-star review, because everything I've read sounds like she's amazing and wonderful, and she responded to my complaint very quickly. I'm sure I'll give her that fifth star as soon as I get a chance to ride with her. Michelle, I apologize for being cranky. I was in a car accident a few months ago and have a herniated disc in my neck, and two pinched nerves with bulging discs in my back, plus I twisted my knee a couple of days ago on top of that. So I've been in a lot of pain and was really hurting and stressed out. This is going to be a long story, but I want you to understand there were some serious extenuating circumstances to my rude review. I was meeting some prior very special students of mine from Bakersfield, who I rarely get to see, and who had taken the train to visit me at the Renaissance Faire. They were only going to be here for a little while, as they were taking the train back home at 2:30 pm, so I was REALLY struggling to get ready to meet them (it's really hard to get dressed quickly when you're in all of this pain ). Then I tried to get in my car and I realized my knee had gotten so swollen I couldn't get it to bend enough to do that. So then I was really freaked out. I have a wonderful private driver I use now and then when my car is in the shop or I have to go to the train station, and I called him but he was on an out-of-town pick-up and couldn't get to me quickly. So I tried three more people and was really frustrated that no one answered their phone. So that's the state of mind I was in Michelle, when I wrote that review, and I apologize and thank you for your quick response. I'm looking forward to doing business with you, and I promise you I'm not a cranky old lady. Cianne ~
