The getting to LAX was fine and when she dropped me off, I said, "see you on Thursday at 11". Margo Stanley, the owner, said it was supposed to be 8. I didn't think too much about it until t was the day before my return. I texted and gave my flight information about my flight and my arrival was 11:30 am. She didn't respond that until 3:47 am which I wouldn't receive until I awoke. So I read the message stating that I had said 8:51 AM when I confirmed, which is true. Ms. Stanley simply stated that she had other appointments scheduled around my original pick up time and she couldn't wait two and half hours for me. No let me ask my other pick up if they want to go eat so we can kill some time. I would've even paid for it. Or even worse, it was a drop off and Ms. Stanley alone wouldn't wait. Overall, just not a person that should be in customer service. She didn't care one iota that I would be stuck there. Ultimately, this means if your plane is delayed for any reason, Margo Stanley, will not be inconvenienced to wait for you. If you want to put that much faith not only in the airline to get you there in time you must pray that Ms. Stanleys other schedules remain intact.Here are the texts which is where our state of humanity is.

Was Promised cab in 20 minutes and at 30 minutes called and checked in they said it was going to be 10 more minutes. So really 40 minutes. Made a lame excuse about traffic and did not apologize. There is not much traffic in bakersfield in the early morning. Did not call and tell me they were running late. And on top of that when I expressed my displeasure they hung up on me. The person handling the calls has no people skills. Did not answer the phone with the name of the company. Did not apologize. Just seemed frustrated that she had to deal with customers. I like to give the little guys a shot. But was a mistake this time. If it is going to be 40 minutes tell me. 40 minutes would have worked for me and I wouldn't be stuck standing out in front of my building not keeping the taxi driver waiting. Final wait time 50 minutes They charge $2.75 a mile Did not tell me over the phone that it is cash only. I got lucky and had some cash. But usually wouldn't have had enough to cover the tab.
