Don't USE this service, it is the worst! We booked a ride, the bus never showed up, and when I…read morecontacted them about a refund they lied to me and told me that the bus not only showed up on time but that they somehow checked me in. The only way to contact them is through some bullshit AI, and this stupid AI asked me for proof. After showing them the proof the bus was cancelled, it ended up telling me that their records showed different, it wasn't giving me a refund and ended the chat abruptly. If you do need a ride anywhere don't use this service.

The bus was on time, picking up at 5:00am and it was decently clean on the inside. There was some accumulated debris ( food, paper, etc) on the floor of the bus, but not overwhelming. The seats were cloth and in good shape. They reclined enough to be comfortable. The bus came from San Francisco to Bakersfield then Vegas. The Bakersfield pick up location was at 22nd and Eye Street at the downtown bus station, lane L. There's a sign where they pick up. This service to Vegas is a great deal and recommended.

We were supposed to take 65 7th and 8th graders on their end of the year trip to the LA Zoo. We booked this bus specifically in January because we are a large group. Received another email (which I discovered after they left me a voicemail that I didn't see or hear because I had a hair appointment from 4-6) that they were only sending a 58 passenger bus. When I called them, the only person who was available was a dispatcher who said there was nothing she could do to get our bus back to us. Now 65 students won't get their end-of-year trip. I am also recommending that our district remove them from our preferred vendor list.

The wedding party was sweating and uncomfortable, and the driver had to stop multiple times just so everyone could cool off outside. The Bluetooth also didn't work, so they had no music during what was supposed to be a joyful, celebratory ride. This was supposed to be my daughter's dream wedding, and the condition of this vehicle almost ruined the day. It's clear this company uses outdated party buses and does not take pride in maintaining their fleet. I do not recommend using this company for any special event.
