I rode from Bakersfield to LAX with this company and didn't have any problems the first time. They were about 20 minutes late, but I didn't miss my flight or anything. My return trip was another story. After arriving back at LAX from an overnight flight from Chile, I could not contact anyone. I was originally told that I would be picked up shortly, then calls and texts went unanswered for hours. No rental cars were available for one way drop off to Bakersfield and Uber was almost $200. I was finally able to get another private shuttle service to get me back home after waiting almost 6 hours. It cost me twice as much as I had planned on. I thought I'd give them another try today. My son-in-law was leaving Bakersfield to ship out to Boot Camp with the Army. I confirmed a pick up time of 3:30 am. When no one arrived, we texted at 3:40. No response. We called at 3:50. No response. I called 5 more times as I got ready to make the drive myself. Still no response. So I drove him to LAX myself at 4:00 am. It is 11:00 and I still have gotten no response to any calls or texts. Do not make the same mistake I did and give them a try. It is not worth the stress!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I Used this company to take me to Long Beach in January. The pickup was suppose to be at 8:00 and finally arrived at 9:30. Multiple calls and texts went unanswered. We arrived later than I was suppose too and had to wait longer to board the ship. When we arrived back in Long Beach port, we were stranded and left there to figure our own way home. I tried calling and texting with no answers. A man asked us if we needed a ride . I said yes, To Bakersfield. He took us home costing us more. Called Bakersfield valet service who I've used in the past and All Three Shuttle Service was recommended on their recording, so I called and spoke to a gentleman and ask about their service to LAX. I had a client that need transportation. He gave me the information, $60.00 per person one way and they will pick up at their residence at 8am. I passed on the information to my clients. They called and set it all up and the day of departure they waited and waited until 10am (pick up was 8am) NO ONE showed up, they didn't answer the phone. The owner Vaughn Hicks gives free rides to women he sleeps with. He is rude, BEWARE some of the drivers have no license. He also owns the Bakersfield Majestic basketball team and does not pay his players or his coaches. The van he uses has license plates that have been switched. The inside of the vehicle are horrendous. The van spits out thick white smoke. He does not reply to calls or text and is very rude when he does. He has even borrowed 10s of thousands of dollars from one of his prominent Indian customers and has also not paid them back. Also if something happens to you or one of your loved ones in an accident he will find a way to not have to cover any legal fees. I wish I could give 0 stars. These guys are the worst. The people who gave 5 stars probably lucked out because there were no other customers to pick up. They are completely unprofessional and liars. The boss Vaughn had told me that he would pick us up at 4pm when our flight landed. Then he called and said that the driver will be there to pick us up at 5:30pm. We waited till 5:30 and he never called or pick up our call. He calls us at 6pm and says the driver left from Bakersfield at 5pm so it will take him until 7pm to reach LAX. We waited till 7pm, called him several times but he never picked up. The driver finally picked us up at 8pm. After picking us up, the driver made us wait till he picked up another person at 9:30pm. We left from LAX about 6 hours after landing and reached our destination at 11:30pm. I could've taken the local bus and they would've gotten me to my destination sooner. We kept asking Vaughn to give us the driver's phone number so we can talk to him but he never did and when we asked him why he said "Because I'm the Boss and I can do what I want". I'm going to give 2 stars because my pickup in Bakersfield was great. I confirmed my round trip pickup the day prior to leaving. Joe the driver called prior to arrival and was great and had no issues and was dropped off in Santa Clarita for a medical procedure. My pickup the following day did not go well. I guess you should say I was GHOSTED and never received a call after multiple calls and text. I waited 2 HOURS and ended up paying for an Uber to drive me back to Bakersfield. The only reason why I killed two stars is because my initial driver, Joe what is great. I actually called him while waiting for my other pick up and I was not on his schedule and he was already on another trip, and I would've had to wait even longer as he was willing to pick me up. No lack of communication with the owner after having initially spoken with him and confirmed with him just blows my mind! I work in customer service, and I have never experienced anything like this. I was literally stranded in Santa Clarita after having a medical procedure, which is why I chose his service so that I would not have to deal With the stress of taking a bus. I know others who have had a good experience with this "company" including my brother, but I would never recommend them to anyone. I try to support my community, but not this company. Respond to text messages in a timely manner. Call customers if you're running late. Call customers back, and don't text them to text you, versus call. Don't ignore calls and keep customer update on why you're delayed. My dad recently used their shuttle service to go to LAX. They said they would arrive at 4:30am, didn't get to him till 6am. My dad of course wasn't allowed to board his flight to Mexico. Had to wait till 5:30pm to get on the next plane and pay an extra $140. On the way to the airport, my dad said the driver swiped a motorcyclist. They promised to reimburse my dad for the extra cost of the new plane ticket. Never happened. Worse company ever. Sad that elderly people can't rely on a service when their family can't take them to the airport. read more

I've used All Three Shuttle Service for my traveling needs because the price is right, they go out of their way to meet my needs, and I like supporting local businesses that also support the Bakersfield community. Price: it's been $150-200 to Uber home from LAX. They only charge 50!!! They come to your house, load your bags, and take you directly to your gate! It doesn't matter what time in the morning either. You can't beat this price. Even if it was 70, it's still worth it. Meeting my needs: I've had to change plans last minute, add family members, you name it -- they met all my needs without a problem. It's a family business and I felt treated like family. Supporting the community: I didn't know this at first but apparently the main driver and owner does a lot of work within the community helping kids get to field trips, helping out the church community. I know my dollars are being invested right back into a community I care for and that's an added bonus. P.S. I've never been late for a flight or never missed a flight. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would! I was recommended this service and wish I would have drove to LAX myself! For pickup at home I reserved a 7 am pickup. They were 15 minutes late and then had to pick someone up in the Northwest (I'm in the Southwest). Finally got on the freeway 45 minutes after my original pickup time and then they stopped in Castaic to switch drivers! None of this was told to me in advance. We had normal LA traffic but with being late and the extra stops I got to LAX really late. Luckily I had no checked bags and I had my boarding pass as I would have missed my flight if not. The way back was worse! I called when I landed at LAX. It took them 20 minutes to text me that the driver was going to wait for people but with no pickup time. Finally got picked up an hour after originally scheduled and when in the van they said they had to drop a woman off in West Covina! Mind you this is past 10 pm! The driver was driving erratic and fast and even ran over a curb. We again stopped in Castaic. I got home past 1 am and my flight landed before 9 pm. No apologies from the company. I'm writing this review because I feel it's so weird that this airport shuttle service is the best in price and timing ($50 from Bakersfield to LAX, and timing is very flexible, you can even book at the same day), YET their website doesn't show up when I searched on Google. Also their rating on Yelp is pretty bad. Clearly they lose on the marketing game, but my experience with them has been great. Book the trip on their website and pay using Paypal. Try calling them to be sure about your booking, although they will also reach you out. Please keep your price low and your service great! I've used this company twice now. First time was getting back and forth between Bakersfield to LAX. Online payment and scheduling was very easy, no issues and good service. The 2nd time was a totally different experience. My wife had driven her car to Riverside, CA and it suddenly died on her. She had no way to get back home to Bakersfield. In desperation to get my wife home, I called All Three to see if there was anyway they could get her and bring her home. Within minutes of giving the address, they called me back, gave me a very fair price and picked her up in an hour. My wife had nothing but great things to say about the ride, they were so friendly and accommodating. As long as they continue this incredible service, they got us as customers for life! read more

I was a little leery after I read the very mixed reviews, but we needed help picking up an international student from LAX and driving them to Bakersfield. Lisa was easy-going in her information, but I really wish she had allowed us to pay the extra to have someone park and go inside with a sign. Our student wound up being very overwhelmed and was not willing to go look for the van. Our driver (Belinda?) was AMAZING and calm under pressure. There were many communication issues with our student, but Belinda worked hard to find our student, even screaming his name in areas to locate him. She worked to find him for 2 hours and finally we encouraged her to leave because she had another passenger who was waiting and wanting to get home. While we were trying to figure out another way to get this student to Bakersfield, Vaughn knew of another driver in the area who located the student and brought him to Bakersfield. We are beyond grateful for their caring attitude and good communication. We will certainly reach out to them again! read more

I have used this shuttle service a couple times with no issues....until now. On 6/3/19 I flew back to LAX from Maine. After arriving and not being contacted by the driver, I called. The owner said he is 1 hour away and will show up (eventually). After 1 hour (1 1/2 hr waiting), I called again. Same story, "the driver will call and you'll be picked up shortly". Finally, after 2 1/4 hrs of waiting the van arrived. Driver gave some strange story about previous fare not paying and driving around LA trying to find a bank(total BS!). I was shocked by the van's filthiness with ripped seats and torn door coverings. But, I was relieved that they picked me up and I was on my way home...so I thought. Driver begins to tell me he needs to stop and eat so we'll be stopping at Carl's Jr. Once he finishes eating and flirting with the manager, we continue on our way to Bakersfield...or so I thought. The driver receives a call telling him to go to Burbank, which is 45 minutes away! We pick up the other passenger from Burbank who was also not very happy since he waited 2 hours! We finally get on our way to Bakersfield....or so I thought. Just before Valencia, the driver receives another call from another driver. He then proceeds to tell us that he needs to stop in Castaic so we can be transferred to another van, and we must wait 45 minutes for the other driver! At this point the other passenger and I are fuming! It was his wife's birthday and he needed to take her to dinner, and I'd just like to get home after travelling for 17 hours. It is now 5 hours since I arrived at LAX and had been travelling since 3am Eastern(midnight pst). We walked around Pilot, Castaic's store in utter shock and fuming about this experience. Finally my co-passenger told me he ran into some very good friends and they'll take us the rest of the way to Bakersfield. At that point I had no confidence that the other driver would show up in 45 minutes, nor did I want to spend another minute in the All Three Shuttle crappy van. If you value your time and do not want to be held hostage, DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE AGAIN. They just lost my business!! BTW, my wife used them and had a similar experience. read more

BEWARE!!! This company is placing everyone at risk. The business license is REVOKED, no insurance and registration. Drivers are not qualified to drive passengers and are paid under the table. Currently under investigation and is being sued. The vehicles are not serviced by professional mechanics or ever properly maintained. I have used this service multiple times. I have recommended this service to friends and family. However, after today's experience I will not recommend or use this service. I scheduled a pick up from Bakersfield to Orange County (selected John Wayne Airport and typed in the actual drop off address in the comments) and was charged $ 50.00. That was fine. My aunt gets dropped off and the driver asks my aunt for an additional $ 20.00. That's where my problem begins, I called the customer service phone number and Vaughn tells me that he needs to research this and to call him back in about 20 minutes. Before the 20 minutes have elapsed I get a phone call from Lisa stating that the additional $ 20.00 is correct. The website says nothing about $ 70.00 only $ 50.00. Mind you my mom and grandma took this same exact trip last week and was charged $ 50.00 per person. I was trying to explain this to Lisa and she cut me off and would not let me speak. She said it was her fault because they send out a price list when they send their confirmation texts. I have two confirmation texts from her (my mom's trip and one from my aunt's trip) and there is no price list to be found. We had no issues paying the additional $ 20.00, but the issues I had was being patronized and cut off. Customer service is not your strong point, Lisa, so please give that job to someone else. My husband used this last Feb to transport him to LAX. Not very reliable. He was picked up at home at 5:20am and the van proceeded to pick up 4 more passengers around Bakersfield before heading to LAX. No problem with sharing rides with other people but his flight was scheduled at 9am. The driver was repeatedly informed that his flight was at 9am. To make the long story short he missed his flight. Need to pay 760$ extra for a new ticket to Japan. I just wrote this review because I just found out what happened. They do not respect your schedule at all.
