When choosing a great pizza, I look for a great crust, great-tasting sauce, fresh toppings and, of course great cheese. It's also a bonus if the location has friendly service. 800 Gradi checked all of those boxes on my first visit. I ordered 4 different pizzas for the fam. After placing the order online, ten minutes later, I was out the door with 4 boxes of happiness. Each tasted fresh and were perfectly baked. They have an app which offers daily specials, online ordering, and the ability to earn loyalty points for free food. My only suggestion is that if you're really into cheesy pizza, it to order yours with extra cheese.

800 Gradi Pizza Napoletana is a gem in the heart of Kendall family owned and original recipes from Napoli. Fabio is the chef and magician of the Delicious pizza that melts in your mouth. We got the 16 inch Diavola with the soppressata couldn't stop eating it. New favorite pizza place will be back to try more. Jason the owner was so helpful in explaining all the menu, fresh ingredients that they offer, we felt like family. Fun fact: found out his wife and I are both Colombian and share the same name what a cute place. Pizza was ready in three minutes! Made in a stone 800° oven just amazing! Will definitely be back. Hot tip: they offer Colombian sodas, too, you're welcome.

    Margherita was delicious!

We just got back from Italy and this pizza reminded us of the flavor from the sweetness of the sauce to the quality of the mozzarella. Never thought to find such great pizza in the middle of Kendall Small place with alot of details in their decoration. They have only been open 4 months but the food warrants their success.

Pretty good pizza nearby and excellent hospitality by owner and his family. Our pizza was ready in 3 minutes! Tasted amazing! It's really thin and the cheese falls right off so eat with utensils. Will be back to try their mushroom truffle.

Fresh and delicious ingredients? Check! Cozy ambiance? Check! Above and beyond service? Check! I recently visited for the first time with my hubby and a mutual friend and WOW! They accommodated my special request of a Margherita pizza with meatballs as a topping and it was sooooooo yummy. A special thank you to Salvatore and Jason for your incredible service and incredible meal. Can't wait to come back!

Nice place. Owner was very friendly. I would've given 5 stars but the dough was a bit undercooked. The air fryer at the house took care of it. Note to self: remind to ask for crispy.

Best Italian pizza in Miami, I promise! I also recommend the Arancini, a Sicilian rice ball that is stuffed with Italian rice and meat, coated with breadcrumbs, and deep-fried. So good! My new favorite spot in Kendall.

Thin and crispy, let's start here. On a very casual rainy night, we were "dragged" to eat pizza by a friend. WOW! The Capricciosa is an explosion of great flavors that are so earthy and fulfilling! Margherita is exquisite, subtle, and enjoyable. It's a secret gem where I wish I had more than one stomach for a day. We were pleasantly welcomed by authentic Italians who shared their ingredient's origin and freshness. All made from scratch, and no doubt! To my surprise, they have other pasta dishes to try, like lasagna and eggplant parmigiana, that will be savored on the next visit. I hope this awakens your curiosity to try a freshly made Italian pizza baked in an 800-degree oven that will leave you craving for more.

We ordered the EMILIANA PIZZA with spicy salami added. This was the soggiest, worst-tasting pizza we ever had. Unfortunately, it was takeout, so no returns were allowed. We threw it out after one bite.

I had the spinach slice and the pepperoni slice, and both were 10/10. The vibe is casual, quick, and exactly what you need after being out all night. That experience was a little better. Back then, I had no idea Joe's was a chain from NY because my experiences in LA were so mediocre. But it became nostalgic to me because it was the only pizza spot during the pandemic that got better while other spots got worse so I started ordering more regularly. I was happy to see Joe's here and this time I had to come back for a third time in Miami. The Caprese pie was my favorite. The ingredients here are way fresher than anything I've had in the west coast and the location was much cleaner as well! In general, we were disappointed with Miami's food selection but Joe's in Miami is where it's at! The service was average. They were friendly the first time but not so much the other times. The pizza was amazing though and that's all that matters.

So my very high level of anticipation may certainly be partially to blame for my average-ish experience. I was pleasantly surprised to get a table with no wait at ~6:30 on a Wednesday evening. Staff were attentive and friendly. Prices were high, as expected, but at least the pizzas are of reasonable size. The $32 pasta portion probably could've been a bit more generous. But anyway, on to why we're all here - The Pizza: The crust had a great crunch but I felt lacked nuance beyond that, no chew and a touch on the dry side. Cheese and sauce were fine but also unremarkable. The heaps of basil provided some bright freshness that was definitely appreciated. I feel even more compelled now to try the NYC location for comparison! This wasn't a bad pizza by any stretch but not something I would ever pick over my favorite NYC standouts.
