Ginger does a wonderful job of making people feel welcome and all of the instructors I've taken - on getting a feel for where their students are at "skill" wise as well as safety - checking in if any yoginis have injuries, etc. If you live in the 21st century you know that fitness classes are expensive. Ginger often does discounts around holidays that included $10 classes for $100 - a steal for these kind of classes and makes it accessible for those who maybe can't afford this all the time. Elana is amazing and teaches you how to be mindful through the practice of meditation. Each session is 20 minutes and it's 20 minutes WELL SPENT! Whenever I leave I feel refreshed. Storefront is very deceiving, when you walk in there is an instant sense and feeling of calm. We were greeted warmly at the desk and asked to sit down. We wouldthen each brought into our individual massage therapy rooms. I can't speak for his, but my massage was great. Using some wonderful scented oil's it immediately put me at ease, and she went right to work on the problem areas. I didn't even notice to our flyby it was that fast and that wonderful. I am having pain in my shoulder, and she came up with some ideas and some massage to really make it feel much better. Hats off.
