I was debating on writing this; I gave myself the weekend to cool down, but I am still very upset. I had been going to Remedy Med Spa for a weight loss. I was given no information on what I was to be injected with. My first consult I was given a folder but when I got home to research, the folder was empty, so I had to call for them to send me over some info on the medication. My first shot the receptionist gave me. I was told I would have access to a specialized scale, but I never had access to it. I would be away one of the weekends I was due for a shot, so they sent me home with an already drawn up needle with an alcohol wipe in a zip lock baggie. I was told for 8 weeks of injection it would cost $199. So of course I signed up for 8 shots, or so I thought. This past weekend I went in for my 5th shot. After injecting me with the medicine I was asked if I was signing up for another month and how I would pay for it. I was super confused? I had just my 5th shot I have 3 more? Supposedly, the advertisement was for 2 months the monthly fee was $199, instead of $499....? I was not explained this AT ALL. If so, I would have just gone through my insurance. It was a total misunderstanding. Lauren kept telling me I owed $49 for my injection. (In the rudest tone) Paul was great. He knew I was totally blindsided and did not understand. Paul was saying I should continue with the program in order to reach my goal of getting pregnant. Lauren could not have been more RUDE. SHE LAUGHED WHEN HE SAID THAT! SO unprofessional. Had my first experience at Remedy for a hydrafacial treatment with IV hydration at the same time with Paul .. The IV went first which was done once and only took him seconds to do.Where anytime I go to get blood taken or at the hospital I'm told it's difficult to get my blood . Then my hydrafacial was amazing . Ambient atmosphere lights dimmed steam on my face while Paul is doing his magic . I left glowing and relaxed . What a great experience! read more

First of all, they canceled my appointment last minute, then booked me out 2 weeks later, So I had time to do some research and decided not to proceed. I called the spa to cancel and refund my money. After calling several times I received a text message saying they called me 3 times which was a lie. Now I received an email from cherry the finance company stating they only refund 4000$ not the 4999$ leaving me to still pay 999.00 FOR NOTHING!!!!!!! The place is clean and inviting. They aren't pushy or arrogant. They made recommendations that were useful and they were competitively priced. If you want flexible, down to earth, professional service, I would schedule an appointment here. I have paid doctors/nurses and/or injectors close to $600 to do what Remedy did for me at a fraction of the cost. This is because they know where to inject for maximum results. I recently received my first iv/ Sylfirm /cool peel and red light treatment at Remedy Med Spa in Nashua. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. The facility is immaculately clean & relaxing... I received an IV treatment to boost my energy and hydration administered by the owners Paul and Lauren who effortlessly connected my IV... I turned on my massage chair so I could relax throughout the treatment. It was heavenly! I moved into the treatment room for my Sylfirm treatment which was incredible. Janessa, the nurse practitioner has a beautiful bedside manner, such attention to detail throughout the whole process she explained step-by-step how she was going to treat me with the Sylfirm rf device. She also gave me honest feedback which I appreciated and also set realistic expectations for me moving forward. I am so happy I landed at Remedy. I had a hyrda facial here and my colleague had dermal fillers. Both of us had a very poor experience. I've had many facials before and wanted to try a place closer to home, but will not be returning.
