I have experienced very, very little regrowth, and anything that does regrow is thin and fine. For maintenance during the summer months, I might do a light touch-up with an epilator. I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.

Instead of honoring my original package and finishing my sessions, they refunded me about $1,900 and discharged me as a patient, leaving me with incomplete laser and my hair growing back. And before anyone thinks $1,900 is a lot: I originally paid much more for multiple areas -- full legs, bikini area, perianal, underarms, and arms -- so this refund does NOT cover what I paid or what's left.Today I spoke calmly with the manager, Sydney, to ask why I was refunded in the middle of treatment and to explain that I'm unhappy with the results. Sydney was immediately rude and extremely defensive. Rather than trying to help or find a solution, she blamed me and said I had been 'rude before,' so they decided to refund me and get rid of me as a client. This is how they treat someone who paid thousands of dollars and just wants the treatment they were promised.If a business can sell or buy contracts, partially refund you, and then kick you out because you're upset about being left with unfinished results, that's a huge red flag. Be very careful before starting expensive treatments here. Get everything in writing and understand they may not finish what you paid for.

Every concern is met with a referral--never actual care. None of my medications have come from him, and if I manage to get an appointment when sick, I'm waiting at least a week. More often, I'm forced to go to urgent care or a walk-in clinic because his office has no availability. For regular visits, the wait is often two weeks or more. Just recently, my mother was told she'd need to wait three months just to have a consult. He now claims to be a "holistic" doctor, which was not disclosed when we first became patients. He refuses to support modern treatments like weight-loss medications, dismissing them entirely. If you're looking for a doctor who actually treats conditions, listens to patient concerns, and is available when you need care--this is not the place. On one occasion, he even came to my appointment wearing pajama bottoms because he had been napping upstairs. His office has an apartment above it where he sleeps between shifts, and he literally came down half-asleep to see me, which felt completely unprofessional.
