When I woke up from surgery I realized he didn't even attempt to do the lift. I was shocked and so upset so he offered to take me into his very old office and do a lift in the office chair under local anesthesia a few months later . (The dirty old 1900's office). He removed as much as he could still leaving me with so much skin you could clearly see. After a week he removed those stitches clearly too early and I ended up having a huge open wound with smelly stuff coming out clearly an infection. After months of healing my results are terrible. I have awful scars from that open wound.. so much loose skin.. and all he is offering to do is have ME pay again for him to bring me to the operating room so he can do a full lift since he couldn't in office chair. He said he will give me his services free (clearly cause he knows he didn't do his job) but I have to pay for the room and anesthesia again. WHY WOULD I PAY AGAIN FOR A SURGERY AND A JOB HE DIDN'T PERFORM. He was so rude and disrespectful when I mentioned either getting my lift portion of payment back or having him re do it FOR FREE. . By the way he charged my insurance 35,000 dollars for explant and I paid over 8,000 out of pocket for the lift . You are talking 43,000 for a job he did not preform. Sadly, this term isn't officially recognized by so many doctors, but thankfully Dr. Chatson does and is very compassionate about how it can negatively impact some people's health. At my first post-op appt he showed me pictures of my explanted implants and capsules, per my request. I was thrilled to see he was able to get 100% of my capsules out, (which can cause further health complications if they're not fully removed). Additionally, I also got a lift. I snuck a peak under my compression wrap yesterday, and I have to admit I'm thrilled with the results! They came out even better than I was expecting! He's worth the wait!

But at the end of 75mins when she said that the session was done my first thought was 'what! We just start 15mins ago'. Carol did a great job. I had some pain in upper back, neck and shoulders. She did such a good job. She used celluma for about 15mins. I did not feel like getting out of that bed after my massage. I have never experienced such poor management in my life. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone or email. I leave multiple messages & after about 5 voicemails I will receive a call back or they happen to answer. I was told by one of their reps when I finally reached someone to complain that they wouldn't have answered my call but had recognized my number as I had called complaining before. I have a complaint into the better business bureau of MA & they won't even return their calls. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It has been MONTHS of arguing and trying to reach someone here to speak to. I was told multiple times after countless attempts the owner (Carol) would call me back & I have yet heard from them. Please keep in mind this has been going on since I started visiting them in Jan 2019 and has nothing to do with the lack of response time due to COVID-19. I received a monthly membership package for Christmas & little did I know it would be the gift from hell. Each appointment I tried to call & book took 2-3 weeks to arrange. I finally gave up trying to deal with them & canceled my membership & have been trying to get reimbursed & speak with someone surrounding it since June 2019. Kianny truly elevated the experience. She included a relaxing scalp massage, a lip treatment, and other thoughtful touches that genuinely blew me away. It felt both results-driven and luxurious. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and glowing. I have experienced very, very little regrowth, and anything that does regrow is thin and fine. For maintenance during the summer months, I might do a light touch-up with an epilator. I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.
