I received one email and one phone call weeks later, and there is still no resolution. **This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I only see her now once every 1.5 to two years for touchup maintenance, when a few new hairs pop up or for long blonde hairs. She also did a great job and made me feel very comfortable doing my leg and bikini area. I recommend Rachael to friends with burgeoning facial hair, but some people want to take the "easy" way out and wax (which will only make the hair grow thicker and stronger) rather than invest in a permanent solution.
