I initially started going to Beyond Day Spa because of a Groupon special they had for a full set of lash extensions with a 2 week fill. I have short lashes that are pretty straight and thin, but I decided to try it because the prices were super affordable. BEST decision I've made in forever. I've had my lashes done by both Jessica and Deanna, and I adore both of them. Every person I've met at this spa has been super hospitable, kind, and accommodating, and their service is AMAZING. My lashes look so lovely and I get compliments on them constantly. Also, just to show you how good their service is, I accidentally yanked out a couple of lashes in my sleep the night after I got a 3 week fill. Deanna had me come in the next day and touched them up for me immediately! This place is amazing and I highly recommend coming here. Plus, they're conveniently located right off of the highway! I received a gift card to your Beyond Day spa , when I was there I was talked into purchasing an additional two massages I have used the additional two purchased and not the original gift card. Your company still owes me a massage. My mother-in-law has not been back to see you in years. I will note she came in for her third massage and was informed after the massage that her purchase was no longer valid. She was nice, she paid you again and never returned.My wife was recently there because she received a gift card and was afraid it was no longer any good and going to expire, but has no plans to return to your company. I don't take any enjoyment leaving anybody a bad review. Once again, buyer beware after calling and discussing this with your employees. I was denied my third and final massage. Why do you have a five month policy? If somebody pre-pays for your services you should honor that like a gift card. On the receipt I was given there was a statement at the very bottom highlighted in yellow that I needed a magnifying glass to read.This to me is deceptive. unfortunately, after a few years of being a loyal client of this Spa, I had to leave due to the new management team. I am unsure why an excellent senior employee left, however, when I got there for my monthly brazilian waxing appointment I received the news that a different staff would be seeing me without being previously notified. The only thing that was told me at that time was "she was no longer working with us," after I asked why no one called me and the front desk staff said with attitude. Also, during my visit in the previous month for my waxing again, the new owner told the staff not to use a specific wax due to the price without asking me if I would like the staff to use it on me. The staff explained it was because of my membership price and the new wax was expensive however, it was never asked me first at all if I would feel okay with paying extra for a specific wax since it was one of the best waxes that I had. I've been coming here for almost two years but I'll look for a new place. Had a horrible experience during my last visit. I'm usually there for around 20 minutes but my last visit i was there for over an hour. I was even late for work because of that. The new person didn't even finish the procedure so I was told to go back after a couple of days or 4 weeks because I was very sore for them to continue. She kept reapplying the wax on the same spot and at some point the wax got stuck and she had to call for help. Now I'm having difficulties wiping because of the bruising. To make the experience worse, she kept making comments that made me feel very uncomfortable. Hope I'll heal without an infection. I never had that experience with my previous esthetician (Jane). She was very fast and I never had to worry about being late to get back to work or any serious bruising. read more

I bought a Groupon for volume lashes. They scheduled my appointment very quickly, which was nice. The woman on the phone, Anna, is super nice. The place is clean and they took my temperature and sanitized my hands upon walking in. My lashes were done in life 1.5 hours and they looked good enough, it wasn't until the next day that most of the lashes on my left eye were gone. I called to complain and Anna was super accommodating. She got me an appointment the next day and the technician fixed it for free. Great customer service. They look even better now. This place is amazing. It looks so unassuming from the outside, but as soon as you walk in, the atmosphere changes to serenity. The folks who do the waxing are extremely professional. I am very self conscience about how I look these days since I gained a bunch of weight. They could not care less. I didn't know how to prep for a leg and bikini wax, and they didn't judge. This woman who did my eyebrows was very nice but did not for one second pay attention to what she was doing. they can out completely different and uneven. I have the thickest eyebrows how do you mess them up that bad?! One is so far apart from the other I have to fill it in so much because she took so much off. I will NEVER go back here. All they tried to do was sell me Brazilian waxes if they can't even do my eyebrows how would I trust them to give me a Brazilian. I had a full set of volume lashes placed 10 days ago. Two days after I had to go back because they were already falling off in clumps and the clumps Of glue were so big it was hurting when I closed my eyes. So here I am 8 days after having them fixed and they are almost completely gone !!! I've had lashes before and never had them fall off this quick and in clumps like this. For the money I paid they should be lasting longer. Very unhappy with the service. Hopefully they will rectify this situation ... we will see. I'll let you all know read more

I got a facial from here. The face steamer contraption kept moving away from my face in the beginning so the esthetician had to move it back on my face multiple times. First time guest, and now a committed client. I had came in as a walk-in because I was looking for a safe and reliable waxing spot that had good reviews and came across Beyond Day Spa. I had a previous terrible experience with a Brazilian wax so was very particular about the procedure (hard or soft, double dipping, etc), but my waxer Jane had put me at ease and along with how clean the spa was she had reassured me that they are top notch and quality. Jane is also a really sweet and funny person, which kept my nerves down. She had ask, " 10-15 minutes of pain or 30-45 minutes?" Obviously, the faster the better but it was doable and got me out of the seat quicker and with minimal pain rather than a slower more painful wax. I appreciate her honesty and straightforwardness; I LOVE my results, I would highly recommend if you're looking for a clean and nicely done Brazilian wax. Love the special touches like heated pad and blankets, electro pulse to kill bacteria, neck shoulder, arm and hand massage and incredible mask at the end. 75 minutes of joy!
