I had been dealing with fertility issues for the last year, and was experiencing unbearable stress and anxiety. After just one visit with Kuan I felt the tightness in my chest going away and my anxiety disappearing. After just five visits I was pregnant. :) I continue to see Kuan every week. The experience is always very calming, and restful, and balancing. The office is always impeccably clean and welcoming. They have a huge selection of books in the waiting room that you can borrow on a weekly basis. They have bottled water. They have soothing relaxation music in all the rooms. The treatment beds are clean, comfortable, and heated. Kuan himself could not be any nicer or more accommodating. He starts each visit discussing your current state and makes adjustments to your treatment as necessary. Each acupuncture session also includes an acupressure massage (which is wonderful.) You don't have to be "into" every principle of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi, energy meridians, etc in order to feel the effectiveness of acupuncture. In fact, I started my visits as a pretty big skeptic. But whatever Kuan does, works! He helped relieve my stress and made me feel more balanced. And most importantly: he helped me get pregnant! I'm continuing to see him once a week and I look forward to every visit. My best friend has also started going to Tai Chi Acupuncture & Wellness Center and she also loves it. I look forward to trying some of their other services soon, like massage and reiki

I've seen amazing sunsets, snowfall, deer, eagle, foxes etc. It's something very special versus the cramped box-shape rooms of most yoga studios. There are classes for beginners, all levels and strong flow as well as specialty classes, retreats and pop up trainings. If you are just beginning your yoga journey or well down the road this is a wonderful place to practice.

Cummings Center is HUGE, but once inside the building it is easy to find the right place. Olga met me and went through my expectations (which was great) and then told me how the hour would go. It took me about 10 minutes to relax and then before I knew it my hour was up. Olga told me what she felt about specific areas of stress and struggle. They were identical to how I had been feeling, and nothing I told her in the beginning. She gave me some things to focus on, affirmations to help me through the day, etc. After three weeks I realize how this really has helped me to work through some blocks. Nice location, very calming room, Olga was kind and knowledgeable. If you are new to reki and want to try it out, this is the place to start. On-line booking and a first time coupon.

The decor is very eastern(ish) but I found the whole experience very relaxing and Plamen is a master of his craft. My back and shoulders have not felt this good in quite some time. I would highly recommend Eternal Balance and Plamen to anyone looking to get myofascial massage work done.
