The lady kept saying it was "bc I shaved" (mind you I haven't shaved in a month and I only use trimmers, not a razor. I opted for the sugar which was supposed to be "smoother and less painful", so I paid more for nothing. she also used the same clump of wax the entire time. It is an old small house on a main road, it is in moderately good condition. The house was refurbished nicely for a spa. However, the maintenance needs some help when you walk in the windows are dirty and the beverage tray is always empty and unavailable. It needs a good cleaning. And freshening up a bit. I always walk out of the salon feeling better than when I came in. The thorough shampooing/conditioning with a massage that she gives makes it even better! Paige also did my hair for my wedding and it was beautiful. I received a lot of compliments and my updo lasted the entire night. She met me at our bridal suite and spent the morning getting bridesmaids and myself ready. She is very professional and did not let me lift a finger on my big day.
