The guy was so rough on the pedicure and cutting the cuticles that we ended up with an infection on 3 of 10 toes. Used Yelp looking for a nail salon near my son's baseball game. Decent reviews so I tried it. Should have known going in on a Friday evening and the place was dead but I was already committed. Sns on my nails, gel on toes. Both techs were rushed and abrupt but ok. I get it. It was 6pm on a Friday and these young guys were probably ready to go home. Manicure tech was a little rough but not terrible. They picked the gel for my toes that matched my nails and it wasn't even close. Nails looked good when I left. I went to a baseball game and went home. The next day, less than 12 hours later, 3 nails are cracked. I sent message via Facebook and all they could offer was for me to come in and fix, they don't offer refunds. Unfortunately for me they are almost an hour away. This should have never happened so quickly. Just be aware if you go there, you may be going back for a repair very soon. read more

Goodness! If you want to feel like royalty while getting your feet done, this is the spot! I saw LV Nail Bar on Yelp near home so we headed over - we needed someplace that could take my husband and I as a walk-in after work. We asked if it was too late for pedicures when we arrived - they closed in 35 minutes - but they graciously invited us in. The place looks great. Contemporary decor in black and white with funky modern chandeliers and a big white bar at the back, serving up nail polishes, complete with bar stools, where you can get manicured. It was very clean without feeling sterile. The massage chairs were new and worked like a dream, kneading my back and neck while my feet and legs were pampered. We chose the second tier pedicure which included a sugar scrub and hot stone calf and foot massage. My pedicurist was terrific! Gentle and thorough and very sweet all the way through. Even though it was nearing closing she took her time and I never felt she was in a rush to get finished. In fact, my pedicure didn't end until around 8:15 and, even though I expressed concern, she said they often stay late to accommodate people. Talk about customer service! The sugar scrub felt delicious and the hot stone massage was the bomb. There's nothing like having that warm stone pressed firmly into the arch of your tired foot. Ahhh! If you are a fan of the hot towel they rub over your legs to remove the scrub, they are not stingy here! She wrapped each leg in THREE towels, steamy awesomeness! We finished the pedicure with a lovely coat of coral-colored nail varnish - the color was called "My Chihuahua Bites," lol! It was a great pedicure experience. The pedicure was amazing and relaxing. They actually massage your legs and feet for 10 minutes like they say. This place is so slow and the manager is ignorantly RACIST. I will never go back.I took my daughter and her cousins to get their nails done. It was girls night and they were excited. Now none of them are over 5, which completely baffles me with the being racist to children. Upon entering at like 8, on a Saturday,i asked if they could take us. They said yes and had us pick out polish colors. The first red flag was that they had us waiting for an hour (with little kids). It would have been simpler to tell us no. The mall closes at 9. Anyways we finally are called and they start on me first. I got a pedicure. As I'm getting my pedicure I tell her the girls just want regular polish and she told us she won't do regular because it would take too long, Only instant dry for $15 (fancy word for gel), I told them I did not want insta dry and I finally caved after she lowered the price to $13. I said whatever and let her start on the girls hand. At this time a Caucasian woman came into the shop (very nice and agreed that the manager was in the wrong) Now me and my nieces are of lighter skin, and my daughter is dark skinned. The manager STARTED with me and my 2 nieces and finished theirs ( sloppy and messy trying to rush) and then went to the Caucasian woman. I asked her if she was planning on doing my daughters nails as well and she IGNORED ME. She did not answer until the Caucasian woman brought it to her attention. The manager then acts surprised and says "oh she gets hers too? I didn't know she was your daughter" So confused. Anyways it's time to go and pay and at this point I am mad. I pay for my nieces first and nothing was wrong, and then I go to pay for my daughter and I.
