This gas station is right at the corner of Las Colinas Avenue and Eagle Rock Blvd. The jolly ole folks in the shop are pleasant to deal with. The price for cash payment is awesome as it is at least .30 to .40 cents cheaper than paying with a credit card. I guess if there's one drawback to this station is it size there are only 6 pumps in this station- either way, I see people flock to this station. I was referred to this station when I needed to have my breaks addressed. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was treated and how quickly my car was serviced and returned to me. I needed new breaks, tires, a front end alignment, air filter, and a few other things and Roubin was very clear with estimates and the time frame it would take to do the repairs. Bought gas and got air along with a bottle of coke.. Before leaving I opened the coke. It barely made the usual sound of a freshly opened soda. I took a drink and it tasted off and flat. I took it to the cashier who was sitting outside and explained something was wrong with it, like no gas. He sai"what u mean flat". He then took it, Sealed it up and shook it and said "u see gas". I told him its no good but he said "see gas". I walked away as he obviously doesn't care and threw it away. Screw this place.. read more

Updating my review of Rouben's 76 in Eagle Rock. Rouben, thank you and Hovic one last time for saving my life a few weeks back. i.e. A coil and sparkplug had gone down in Alhambra. Somehow made it to Rouben's 76. Where the issue was immediately diagnosed by Rouben, fixed while I had lunch. This underscores the need for a regular service station. Is the reason my ex and I have been going to Rouben's 76 close to twenty years. They've never disappointed. Will always figure a way to do it cheaper than (for me) Toyota. I pulled in here for gas this evening. All the lights were on. Signs glowing. I get out and start walking to the window. The dude that worked here asked me if I wanted gas. Duh. He tells me they stop selling gas at 10pm. My phone says 9:57. My watch says 9:55.... "But it's not 10pm yet..." "Yes, it is." Dude not only lost my $60 that I was about to put in my tank, but I watched him turn away 2 other customers in the 2 minutes I was there. lame. read more

Been going here for years... Camery/Corolla/Subaru and the newist, 77' Bronco... Rouben is the OG owner... good wrench and even does project cars in the back for long time customers.. Ive been happy for the most part.. but like all buzy service stations, your car can be held up for other jobs etc... I would recomend this spot and you wont be cheated.... remember this spot makes money boltin' on starters to import cars and smoging your jetta... this is NOT a specialist spot..if you have an old car or special ride..you need to find a special MECHANIC... this is just a good place, not a motorhead spot...they ony work 9 to 5 and they close the doors... read more

Non-existent service as I'm waiting inside the store, staring at the cashier as he GABS GABS GABS away on the phone, never once telling me to hold on, what do you want, wait, or ANYTHING. So, no. This place was absolutely awful. I went there tonight and asked the man working behind the window about the student discount that was advertised on a big poster on the window just out of curiousity. He had no idea what I was talking about and even had to come out to see what I was referring to and he said "oh, that sign is old. No discount." He was rude to the two customers in line before me and now he was curt with me. I told him that he should probably take down the sign since it's advertising a student discount that they do not actually provide. Even before this, I was going to ask him why it is that on the large price signs you cannot see that the credit/debit price is more expensive because those signs are not lit up whereas the cash only signs with the cheaper price are well lit. It's the good ol' bait and switch at this horrible 76 gas station. read more

I don't have a problem buying fuel there, but I would stay away from the convenience store and not buy any of the food and candy because they lack "shelf life". I returned a bad item that was not fit for consumption. but they neglect to replace the other same items. read more

This would be the 2nd of my gas stops to pump gas near me, and to be honest, the prices on here are okay, well a bit higher then where i normally go, but very convenient to my are that i frequent for lunch or shopping for stuff. Place is small compared to other gas stations, it has fewer pumps but the in and outs are located right, off the main street and side street. Have yet to pay at the window since i use my card to pump and not have to deal with anyone unless they run out of printer paper at the pumps, i do notice they have a small garage, never used them, so i would not know if they do good work from minor to major mechanic things. My last drive by i noticed they have two prices/options for cash & credit, so i really doubt i will be going as often as i once did. Thanks for being there for me Roubens! read more

These guys really know their stuff!! I came to Roubens Union because my car was making a weird noise and the right side of the car felt very stiff. This shop was recommended by a coworker and I was told the owner has over 30 years of experience in this business so I decided to give it a try. The mechanics were very friendly and honest about the fair prices that they charge. The problem was diagnosed and it was coming from one of the shocks. The owner gave me a great price and explained what needed to be done thoroughly in order for the problem to be fixed. Only a couple days later my car was ready and I am thrilled with the service that I received. No hassle, great prices, and honest work I will be back thank you! read more

This gas station is great, its hardly ever busy in the morning or afternoon. Plus the two older gentlemen who work here are always very sweet to me, they greet me with a smile and tell me to have a nice day everytime. They never fail to be nice. They do close early around 10, so if your passing down er blvd late they wont be open! read more

I'm so happy with my experiences here that I can't help but leave good feedback. I'm appalled at some of these reviews but anyone with common sense should look past the lack of decency displayed on this page (ie bad language!). I wouldn't be surprised if some (if not all) of these 1 star reviews are from competitors who can't match their cheap prices! I have been coming to this gas station and mechanic shop now for the past few months and one thing I've noticed is how great the prices are here and how nice the employees are as well. I always feel welcomed when I come, whether it's to pump gas or whenever I need to have my car serviced. A few things I like are the cleanliness of the business, the price and quality of the gas, and the great mechanics that will fix your car for a great price without lying to you. This is not the place to stop if you need gas anywhere close to 9:45-10. Like other reviewers, I too was yelled at that they were closed when I pulled in at about 9:50. The lights were all one but the attendant rudely told me to go somewhere else. This is the closest gas station to me, but I will not give my business to this gas station after this experience. read more

Rouben's Union 76 has been our go to place for any and all mechanical issues since the early 1990's. We completely trust them with our cars and our children's cars. If I am taking a long road trip or my children are, we have them checked the cars to make sure all is good and they have always been honest. I would not trust any other place. This is 76 is a little out of my way but totally worth the low prices!!! With a car that has a 15 gallon tank it is less then 40$ to full up opposed to the 50$ at the other one closer to my house. The worker there is always nice and friendly! read more

Good prices for a premium quality gasoline. You can get a better price if paying cash. Usually an open spot to gas up quickly - takes cash at the register or credit at the pump for faster fillup. The attendants are always ready to get you what you need and always are thankful for your business, unlike another 76 station on Colorado nearby, they wish you have a nice day, not acting like they are doing you a favor taking your money! read more
