Car wash is almost always broken or not working. They don't put up a sign saying it's broken, so if you get there at 7 am when it opens, you'll be waiting not knowing it's broken. This place has me super annoyed. I bought a car wash when I got my gas, but didnt get it right then because the line was crazy long. When you buy the car wash you get a receipt, which states the last day you can use the car wash. I showed up on that last day, was in the car wash line and entered the code, it said invalid. I ended up having to pay for the wash. I went in to complain and the employee gave me a new code and said it was good for 2 weeks, only issue was that I was leaving on a trip for 3 weeks the next day. Don't get a car wash here unless you have 45 minutes to spare with only maybe about 5 cars ahead of you. I really don't understand why it takes so long. Last night I stopped here to pump gas and I purchased a $10 car wash at the pump. So by buying a car wash I saved 10 cents per gallon. I did not quite get 6 gallons so I saved less than 60 cents on gas. That was all good. After I filled up I drove to the drive thru car wash but it was closed. I walked in and talked to the clerk and he told me that the city makes them close at 7:00pm. He said I have 2 weeks to use my car wash code. I was not happy but the only thing I can do is to not return here. I needed my car to be washed last night because I had to have it ready this morning. Absolutely horrible customer service! This past Sunday, I needed a car wash so I waited patiently in line behind 5 cars. When it came time to pay, I inserted my 76 card and waited for the authorization. Declined. Tried it again, declined. My card had a zero balance on it so I couldn't understand why it was being declined. I pulled out another credit card. Same thing - declined. At this point, cars behind me were honking. I went inside and told the cashier that the machine wouldn't accept my card. He told me "that's not my problem"! Seriously? He said that I needed to use the credit card machine near the cash register. It was approved immediately. He told me that credit cards for car wash always need to be processed inside - and then a code will be given to use for the wash Why isn't that clearly posted? Seriously, there are other options. I would not recommend anyone coming here. 1) it is extremely slow. Often, even with five cars, you will have to wait 30+ minutes. 2) price is average but the there are other newer places for self-wash close by hat are much better in price and quality. 3) one good thing for this place in the past, as compared to other places close by was that this opened later as it does not require day light for the workers to clean the care. Owners of dark cars, beware of the car wash!!! I selected "touchless" when entering my car wash code & it still gave me a "soft touch" car wash AKA the swirlmaster supreme. My black car definitely has a lot more swirls than before. When it works properly, the touchless wash is great though. read more

The car wash is terrible!!! I got the second cheapest one. It asked me if I wanted soft touch or no touch and I didn't know what that meant so I paused for a few seconds. Then it asked for my money. I guess I got the no touch because no brushes touched my car. You can still see the dirt on my car. Who would pay $8 for it to sprinkle water on your car? No touch =No wash!? The clerk inside kept insisting I chose the no touch so its my fault. I said I would like to go again and see if the soft wash was any better since its the same price. He wouldn't accommodate me. Only two things I care about for a gas station: cheap gas, safe location. Emotionless cashiers and shabby concession don't bother me -- I'm just here for the gas! This one meets both my criteria. It's consistently the cheapest gas station in town and I feel safe getting gas here no matter what time of day. There are 12 pumps so I rarely have to wait and its corner location allows many options for entrances and exits. You get a 3 to 4 cent discount if you pay by cash so that's what we do. Guess that adds up in the long run. Extra bonus, this place also has a drive thru car wash. There are three levels you can buy for $6, $7, or $8. If you spend more than $50 you get $1 off the cash wash. Sometimes the lines can be ridiculously long but you do get a solid wash. These days with the price of water and ridiculous heatwaves, it's not really worth it to wash your car at home so this is a good alternative. PS - My wife says she has to wait all the time when she pumps in the middle of the day and blames it on all the people in La Crescenta who don't go to work. I just stared at her. read more

Terrible car wash service! We went there to have our car wash, we first filled up for gas and also paid for a car wash service. By the time we were about to line up for the car wash service, a fellow from the store already put a plastic orange rail in front of us without giving an explanation. I tried calling for his attention but he completely ignored me. I went inside the store to get information why he put a rail in front of the car wash entrance. I found out that the fellow is a store clerk and I politely ask him why he put a rail in front of the car wash entrance. The clerk responded by saying it's already 7pm and the car wash service is close. The fellow told me in the receipt that the car wash service that we paid for is valid until August 11, 2020 my wife intervened and corrected the fellow by saying it's only 6:45 pm. Still the store clerk insisted that it is policy that the car wash service be close by 7pm although it's not even 7pm yet. The clerk decided to refund us instead of admitting his mistake and allowing us to be the last customer for the car wash service. While doing the refund process the clerk has the nerve to indicate that it is not within their policy to issue a refund for car wash service. I corrected the store clerk that, service has not been rendered and it is illegal in any state not to issue a refund. I'm usually a calm person, but this store clerk was disrespectful and arrogant. Before we went out of the store my wife reminded the store clerk to put a sign that their car wash service is only until 7pm only. We will never go back to this establishment again. I'm the wife. I got my car washed here two days after Christmas. The car wash damaged the paint, light, and bumper on my newer car. I work really hard as a teacher to pay for my car. I called immediately and left a message. In fact, I called and left messages every other day for weeks until I was finally able to talk to the manager, Adrian, who said he did not get any of my messages. We took my car in right away and he took photos, promising to call that week. He never did, so I called him. Then, he said he would call the following week on Tuesday or Wednesday. He never did so I called him over the weekend. He says that there was a delay because they had just gotten the footage from the car wash machine the night before. He assured me that the owner would take care of my car and get it repaired as my husband and I are long time customers and not to worry. I believed him. We frequent this location and their neighboring one close by. I was told that he and the owner would look at the car on Tuesday, he promised me, and my car would get repaired. I get a call on Tuesday morning, and we are set to meet at 5:00. However, I get a call that the owner had an emergency and that they can't meet that afternoon. He says that the owner can see my car Wednesday morning. I tell him that we both leave for work early and have kid(s) to get to school. We plan to take the car on Wednesday or Thursday at 5:00 instead. I call and confirm Thursday afternoon, for us to take the car at 5:00. My calls get dodged. I then get a call back that the owner can't see us at 5:00 that day either. I am then promised that the owner will call me that day. He/She never does call, that day or the next day. We had to call and report this to our insurance company. So much for keeping their word. My insurance company called, and called, and finally got in touch with the manager, Arnold. He refuses to give his insurance name and/or information. If you are getting your car washed here, you are taking your chances. It's not worth a $7 car wash causing major damage to one's vehicle. read more

This gas station has repeated issues with credit card fraud. They have credit card skimmers in their pumps. Today we pumped gas on pump #2 and within 18 minutes our card got hit with charges for $95 in a gas station in Woodland Hills. Upon sharing this story with other parents from my kid's school several parents shared similar stories from this gas station. Buyer beware! So, not long ago they built a drive thru car wash at this location, which was a great idea but don't think they gave any thought to traffic flow. This gas station is small and has good prices, if you can get to a gas pump. Doesn't take many customers to get this place crowded when their coming and lining up in all directions, it get really ANNOYING when you get to a pump and finally get gas and CANT GET OUT because of major GRID LOCK! Great idea if they made entering the gas pumps one way. BTW don't get stuck in the car wash if customers are lined up getting gas, you'll never get out. read more

5 stars for adding more pumps to this station! Before, it was like navigating your car through the Strait of Gilbrator to get to a pump. There were so many cars, but not a lot of pumps to accommodate drivers. Wait time is much shorter now and they have reasonable gas prices too. Smart move. read more
