The family who owns this establishment is always friendly and a joy to see. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. I have literally watched them pump gas for people who cannot do so easily on their own. Not many people or gas stations will provide that kind of customer service so selflessly. Every experience has been positive and I will continue going with no foreseeable end in sight. Thank you Tustin Super Shell!

DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH. I got a flat tire after going through this car wash. I was following…read morethe hand gestures of the car wash attendant but I don't think he was paying attention to where my wheels were so it must have gotten caught on the track and ended up puncturing my left rear tire. I heard a loud pop noise when it happened but the car wash attendant that was supposed to be directing me didn't say anything about it and just told me to keep going. I tried to submit a claim with the manager but they rejected my claim. They didn't even offer me a refund. I would not come back here again.

A Great Experience I went to this shop to have my oil and…read morefilter changed today, and I was honestly surprised by the level of professionalism from both the management and the entire crew. I was welcomed by a very polite young man named Francisco, who took a look at my car and gave me a very reasonable price. Daniel was the technician who performed the oil change. My car is a luxury European vehicle, and not every technician is familiar with working on this type of car, but Daniel handled the job with confidence, skill, and complete control. What impressed me even more was that they didn't just change the oil and send me on my way. They checked the tire pressure, fluids, and several other things to make sure the car was in good shape. They did everything they could to help without even mentioning. This is clearly a well managed shop. The employees are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's refreshing to find a place where people take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be coming back. Fari

NOT 15 MIN. Wait…read moretimes are extensive, if there is no open bay do not come. Expect to take 1 hour minimum (30+ min waiting and 30+ min service) if your car is not able to be worked on immediately. They seem to be quick to start the service and seem to operate efficiently so not sure why the wait was so long. Maybe other customers are asking a million questions... The techs move between cars while fluids are being flushed. There is only one person doing customer service which seems to be the hold up. Be sure to check their website for oil change coupons ($10-$15 off). They will try to suggest additional service as any other shop does so have an idea of what work needs to be done before you show up if possible.

I have always believed that no matter what a person's income level is, the one thing that everyone…read morecares about is the cost of gasoline. Nobody in their right mind wants to give away money. That said, you have a lot of Shell stations that take advantage of people who are in a hurry and don't want to shop for the best place to fill their tanks. The key is to find a station that gives Shell Credit Card owners the same as cash price. Then if you have Fuel Rewards, you get another discount. You can save a lot that way. Most just rip you off and charge you the credit price even though they don't get that ding passed on to them when a Shell Credit Card is used. They just charge you more because they can. A classic example is the Campus Shell location on 1201 East Baker St. in Costa Mesa. Don't go there. They rip you off with this method. They used to give the discount but the new ownership has eliminated that perk. On the flip side, you have this great location that does give you the discount. Why waste the money when you don't have to? I give this place two big thumbs up. Keep up with the honest way of doing business and your location will stay loaded with cars at every pump like it was on Sunday afternoon 2/18/18.

Convenience and location are keys to a successful gas station, and this place has both. I've gone…read morehere many times, but not because I like anything about its unremarkable character. It is right on the corner of a major intersection less than a block from the 5 freeway, meaning you can pull in, get gas, and jump back on the road fairly easily. As you can see by the photo they've had some recent issues like the pump tower falling over (hopefully nobody was under there) but otherwise things seem to work just fine. Prices are not low but not super high either; while this is no ARCO you should expect to pay a bit more for a place right by the freeway. Sometimes you pay for convenience. Though if you've signed up to be a Ralphs Club member you can get a 10-to-20 cent discount per gallon here. Service-wise, I would probably give this place a miss, though I can't say much about it since I haven't used anything there. The "food mart" is one of those super-small adjacent-to-a-workshop type places, that doesn't have much in the way of refreshment. I think they also do smog checks and other maintenance work on vehicles there. Other than that, you might be approached by the occasional panhandler since it is not located in the best of areas. They seem to generally be on top of that however. There are usually decent condition squeegees available for window cleaning as well.
