I met with Dr Jayne Dabu for my initial consultation, she was very personable and thorough. And gave me a lot of hope they would be able to help me . My treatments have been with Dr Bayer and he has been fantastic. Again asking lots of questions. Very thorough. Has a very calming and encouraging way about him . I walked into…read morethe building really nervous but the anesthesiologist, my surgeon and the nurses made me feel so at home and relaxed in both pre and post op. They let me take my time getting up to leave as I have POTS and mixed with dizziness from anesthesia wasn't fun but they took such amazing care of me and I can't thank them enough! The only rude person I came across was at check in downstairs there was a younger woman who was tall and thin who was extremely rude to us but literally everyone else we talked to were BEYOND kind! But the owner was genuinely apologetic and extremely embarrassed and I felt awful for her so I scheduled another appointment that appointment I showed up to and I sat and I waited for almost 45 minutes to just have to leave mind you I live an hour away for her to message me days later telling me that she sent me a cancellation via email. I informed her and noted on my paperwork that I do not use email and I asked her why she didn't call or text me like she did to respond to my text message and the only reason why she responded is because I left her a negative Google review. on top of that once I was actually finished and we stopped panicking. I told her that I needed to use the restroom which wasn't ready for me when I needed it to be ready and if you know, you know it should've been ready before the colonic even started.
