It was my first time visiting this store. Wasn't greeted upon entering and walked around the entire store (4 employees present) not one single hello or can we help you. I had to approach one of them and ASK for help. The girls there especially rude, texting on their phones I mean talk about unprofessional! They were on their own worlds having private conversations with each other! I was baffled. I think people come here for the deals not the service. Ended up buying some jeans, thankfully they had my size. I love shopping at the 7 For All Mankind outlets, especially, for the shoes. During my most recent shopping experience, they were offering 60% off. Now that's a sale. The Camarillo Outlet located just outside of Santa Barbara was also offering the same sale about one month prior. The service was absolutely awful. Generally, I overlook the service when there are such great deals. However, this location did not offer anything different from what I had previously purchased in Camarillo. I really like their clothes. You can get some good deals at this outlet from from time to time (especially when it's half off already reduced price). Only because two stars because their customer service/ sales people are unfriendly, not helpful when you ask a question and seemingly not interested in selling anything. I'm not sure why they're negative reviews. We came here around 11:30am. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, I found 3 pairs of great classic style 7 jeans at a steal for $118 total. I tried on a smaller size & needed the next size up, one of the employees found my size & gave it to me while in the dressing room. The cashier was pretty new, he told me "Happy Birthday" since it was my birthday. The employees were super nice & very helpful combine that with deep discounts, you can't go wrong. I don't like the fact that Natalie, the sales/cashier is not being honest. Or not making sense. She sounds shady. I made an exchange purchase. Bought the jeans for the same price at Camarillo outlet. Both tags marked down to $89. It's weird, she asked me for an extra 30% extra money. She said, it's 30% promotion sale when you bought it. How can it be to pay MORE instead LESS? Both tags are the same price, same style, diff color. I was dumb and not really paying attention on that evening due to lack of sleeping the night before. She didn't staple my original receipt either. She took it. On the return/exchange receipt, it says Return without receipt or home store. Hmmm, make me wonder??? I want my $30 back. I'm not a tourist that you can fool around with. That's like monopoly customer's money!!!! Selection is not bad. I won't shop in here anymore. read more

They have worst customer service ever. No one came up to help, 2 guys and 1 girls working and they just look and don't even bother to ask you. I own a business myself all you have to do is greet the customers or ask if customers needs help, not 10 minutes after they walk in the store. If you buy from this outlet store beware that if there is a defective product you will NEVER get your money back. I recently purchased 4 pairs of jeans. Three of them were too long so I washed them to preshrink them before I had them hemmed. During the wash cycle one pair which has a button fly had a button simply fall off. They are a metal extended type that cannot be sown back on. These jeans have never been worn and they are already broken. I called the store and was told I could exchange them but since I do not live any where near the store I asked if I could send them back. I was told they would email me a label and then they would exchange them if they had the same thing or give me store credit. Since they were on sale with limited stock I told them that I did not think they had another pair and I would like a refund since I could not travel back there it pick out another pair. A store credit would be useless to me. You would think they would stand behind their products better than that. They refused but said they would email me the return label. It's now been 3 weeks and I still have not received the label. There are many good jeans companies out there and I will not be buying this brand again. Also, I would agree with the previous comments about the sales clerks not being helpful. read more
