So as a person that just tried to get previously employed here the whole time I got played around with my first interview I was there a half hour early and sat there for an hour and a half the interviewer/ manager at the time never even showed up so at that point corporate fired him then I had to go back for another interview and fill out another application then that didn't work so I had to do another application. Best 7- Eleven Ever! This is by far the best 7 Eleven out there. It's run by two brothers who keep it immaculately clean and stocked with fresh fruit , sandwiches and snacks at all times. They also have a great wine and beer selection. The staff couldn't be sweeter and more professional. I would give this5 stars all the way. If you need anything at all in the mount snow area, this is the place to go. All 7-Elevens should follow their example. read more

The staff here is a disgrace. They scream at their customers and have no respect. Also the store is very very filthy.

In all seriousness, this is probably the most clutch, most important 7-11 I have ever been to. It really is open late and has all sorts of things that you may want for your time at Stratton. There is liquor as well as other 7-11 staple items. They even had some good sales on bottles. If you even think about giving this place less than 5 stars, imagine the area without it at night. My friend is a muslim and she went to the counter to buy Doritos, and the cashier said "take that off!" and he pointed to her hijab. Then she said "no i have the right to wear this." and he ripped it off her head and stamped it on the ground. read more

This place is disgusting. The whole store is filled with dirt and slush. The workers are also very mean and would not accommodate our needs(very simple and easy needs). I couldn't believe how disrespectful the workers were. Really such a shame to see. read more

Update - gas prices are in fact a bit jacked up, but not terribly. Popular spot. Gas prices aren't jacked up, like they often are in 'touristy' areas. Really unbelievably nice workers. Red box outside. State liquor outlet with a really good selection + good beer selection. What more could you want out of a 7-11? read more

Absolutely horrible experience. The store itself was clean and nice. It doubles as a liquor store and has a great selection. The only problem is that they might refuse to sell it to you. I went up for a day on the slopes and on the bus ride back wanted a bottle of wine. I tried to purchase and he asked for my ID, which was fine. Then he asked for my friends ID, who was not even trying to purchase. She ran out to the bus to get her ID and even though she is in her early 30s he refused to accept it because it was expired. He stated it was vermont law, which I referenced and is incorrect. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he completely ignored me and pretended to not hear. Such a bad experience from one rude employee! read more

So yes, it's a 7/11, but they're not all created equal my friends...This 7/11 is one of the largest, cleanest and friendliest 7/11's I have ever shopped in. The employees are all friendly and prompt, and they're great about opening additional registers when the line gets long on a busy winter weekend. I can't believe I'm actually reviewing a 7/11...and giving it 5 stars! Anyway, this place is way more than just a pit stop for beleaguered road trippers, this place is pretty awesome. It is part liquor store, part gas station, part conscience store and part grocery store. Let's start with the liquor store. Selection is great (for what it is) and prices were unbelievably cheap! The conscience store area has all your typical gas station fare such as aisles of soda, ice cream, chips, donuts and candy. For those of us who prefer something "healthier" they have a case of prepackaged salads, sandwiches and other small items. The sandwiches were actually pretty darn good for being prepackaged, and we actually witness someone coming through and replacing anything that was less than fresh which was nice. I didn't spend much time grocery area of the store (I was on vacation after all) but they seemed to have a decent selection of packaged goods and items you may have forgotten to bring with you.
