The garlic noodles were disappointing. I've had some outstanding garlic noodles before--especially the ones we first discovered in California--and these just didn't come close in flavor. The pineapple skewers were better. They had a nice combination of pineapple and vegetables, although there was more vegetable than meat, with only a few pieces of meat on each skewer. I would order them again, but I wouldn't make a special trip to Waldorf specifically for them. We didn't try the pho or enough of the menu to give a complete review, so I'm definitely leaving room for the possibility that there are some hidden gems we missed. Overall, our experience was just okay--nothing bad enough to keep us from trying it again, but nothing that made us say, "We have to come back."
