This 7-Eleven is the source of constant grief for this neighborhood: Loitering, fighting, and loud music in the middle of the night; endless trash on the street blowing onto our properties; people peeing and pooping outside the building; our house was broken into by homeless people who have been allowed to loiter and go to the bathroom outside the building; and now there was just a shooting in the parking lot in the middle of the day. The employees don't care, and clearly 7-Eleven corporate doesn't either. (This location is owned by 7-Eleven corporate.) It should definitely not be open 24/7. But if so, at the very least hire a security guard! read more

I went in with my group of friends, and the lady at the cash register was very sweet.

I just left a bag of Cheetos on the counter. There is no way to call the store. It's an unusable number it says. Not sure why i feel so ehh about this particular location. you sort of get a limited vibe from the isle's here. the cashier was nice & helpful. they usually keep the alcohol beverages locked up, apparently you have people stealing from this location. you would think during hard times you would cut back on certain habits. guess not. read more

Ghetto 711- attitude merchants that serve card board pizza and the chicken wings are deceiving the ones that look fried are spicy and the buffalo style wings are red for no reason because they are not hot why are the called buffalo wings and why are they red?? If you are too tired to work your shift and have good customer service don't go to work,someone else needs a job. Also there's no parking , especially when their is a delivery truck taking up all the spaces. read more

If I could put a negative I would! The lady who works days is completely rude! She watches over us like a hawk. We are in our 30's, we aren't young kids wondering the store trying to steal sh!t. I've always spent over $15 each time in the store and she continues to talk in a diff language to employee and it's obvious it's about us. Never have stole from the store and she treats us as if we have! Completely RUDE and not good customer service what so ever. Doesn't greet us, doesn't say anything. It's as if she is pissed we are in the store. Always well dressed and good manors, possibly we look like others that have stole? If there was negative I would give it!!!! Isn't it a convenience store!!!! I went once last week. It was far from convenience at all!! Line of mabye six customers. Three employees behind the register. One guy running the register and didn't speak once to the customers he was ringing up. But he sure spoke to the other employees the entire time in their language. Yeah I'm saying that!! Not about languages I get it but at least give your customers some sort of dang respect. When I called him on it he little lady Bach there with him said we're really busy. i have been going in this 7-11 for 30 years now! last night my van broke down, it is raining and around 12:00 am a friend of mine came over to give me a ride to 7-11 to get change! the next morning my dog groomer was coming to clip my puppies nails, and i knew with it raining and my van broke down i would not make it to the store before my puppies groomer came to my house! i had to get change for a $20,00 bill!! while at 7-11 i went ahead and bought my honey a coffee rather than asking the clerk for change for my $20,00 without a purchase! while at the counter i pit my purse on the counter and retrieved my money from it(to which i had (( 3-$1.00 bills and a $20,00 bill ...that's it!)) i handed the clerk my $20.00 bill instead of the 3-$1,00 bills because i needed the change for my dog groomer!! the clerk handed me my change which was only a couple of dollars and change!! i then reminded him that i gave him a $20,00 bill!! he abruptly stated no it was a $5.00 bill!! and he laughed and tried to carry on to the next customer !! i was shocked and insisted him to give me the rest of my change!! still denying me and speaking another language with another clerk and laughing, pushing my issue aside and saying that i was wrong and to come see at 6:00 am!! well, i had my friend take me back at 6:00 am when the boss was there and we can look at the video...i was restless all the rest of the night, needless to say, but was kind of eased a bit knowing that the truth will come out of this when we can see the video at 6 am!! the boss had both the clerks in the office first and upon exiting the office they were laughing and high 5 each other! wow! when the boss approached me he stated sorry man but our video shows you handed the clerk a $5.00 bill!! i was shocked to here of this nonsense....i did not even have a $5.00 coming in that store!!! so i insisted i see the video!! he showed me the video of me handing the clerk a folded bill( you could not see the denomination!!) i asked to zoom it in!! he must of told me that he couldn't do that!! what??? then he was hurried to tell me watch what my clerk does with your money....so, you see the clerk put the bill he received from me in the second slot from the right in the cash drawer!!! he quickly says see he put it in the $5.00 slot of the cash drawer, and was telling me now you see your proof leave my store!! would not even let me say a word!! shoving me out of the office grabbing his phone saying he is calling the police !!!! wow!!! really !!! i did hand that clerk a $20.00 bill that is all i had!! as i was leaving the store i bent over the counter to view the till drawer as the clerk had it opened and noticed something odd....at that moment he had his money flowing backwards in his cash drawer!! the ones were to the far right then the fives, tens and twenty's were in the slot to the clerks far left side!!! they changed his cash around in his drawer to show me the so called proof on the video was him putting my money in his $5.00 slot of how his till is viewed now in real time but you cant tell the denominations in his cash drawer by the video without zooming it, to which he said they could not zoom!!!! that clerk ripped me off!!! and i am very upset about it because i could not have my puppy's appointment full filled this morning because that clerk stole my change!!! that is the very, single reason i went to 7-11 to get change for my $20.00 bill!! and i am very upset that i have been a customer there for 30 years and for this to happen, i will never go in there again!!! i am not lying and this is heartbreaking!!! and to be calling the police on me !! i chose to leave because of their harassment to cover their thieving way, was overwhelming to my friend whom gave me a ride,twice, in the pooring rain, the clerk and the boss, while we were sitting in our car waiting, talking, were taking pictures of us and my friends car!! why harass us? what did we do?? absolutely nothing!!!! i am very upset that a local business, a franchise is handling us customers this way!! i want my money!! read more
