(At this point, my card has already been rang). His response? "Oh, it's FROM $24.99 to $29.99" W-T-F!? I won't be going here EVER AGAIN, and I've spent some serious coin in this place over the years. I will make this short and sweet since my visit was the same…read more I came here on February 26, 2022, eight days after their grand opening, drawn in by their loss leader gas prices, which were about one dollar less per gallon than other gas stations in Reno. I do generally use Top Tier gas, but I made an exception this time. My fill-up went smoothly, and I used their app at the pump after going inside to give them a cash deposit. The app gave me a nice discount for a first-time user, on top of their already low prices. Still, the cash price they advertised on their sign outside was even lower. I inquired within, and the cashier did not know why. But her supervisor was right there and she professionally explained that I have to not use the app to get store's advertised price, and the price using the app was different (corporate), even though I also paid in cash. Good enough. I am satisfied with the explanation I got. Both employees were terrific and friendly! While there, I shopped around and used one of the welcome bonuses I got for signing up for the app. I ended up getting a free pack of sugar-free gum, lol. But hey, I liked it and used it! Everything was clean, both inside and outside, and it was not too crowded, the store being new. I apologize for not getting photos inside while I was there. I also could have taken pics where the store was being built, as I drove past there each day. Oh well. Their prices have gone up since, competitive with other Reno stations, but that is to be expected. The store is in a good location, with lots of industrial business nearby on Rock Boulevard and Longley Lane, so it is in a good location.

Anna assists me almost every time I visit, and she is a absolute joy. She always has a genuine smile on her face and possesses the best attitude. Honestly, it's some of the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. She consistently turns a routine grocery trip into a great day. Unfortunately, my experience at the deli counter recently was the exact opposite. I went to order a sandwich and, as a first-timer, didn't realize there was a paper form I needed to fill out first. I stood waiting for assistance, and a staff member named Teri walked up, mumbled something, and immediately started to walk away. Because I couldn't hear her, I politely asked her to repeat herself. Teri responded with an incredibly dismissive attitude, acting as though asking for clarification was a major inconvenience. She then repeated, "You need to fill out the paper," speaking very condescendingly, as if I were unable to understand basic instructions. Even after I explained that I had never ordered a sandwich here before and simply didn't know the process, her attitude remained hostile. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and off-putting interaction. If it weren't for Anna completely turning my mood around at checkout per usual, I would have walked out incredibly frustrated. Management has a real gem in Anna, but they desperately need to address the customer service standards and basic courtesy at the deli counter.
