Fairly decent and easy stop to make when out and about. That is if you can make it through the parking lot in one piece. I swear that they do not know how to drive around here. Backing into a parking space is not the way to do things. You hold up traffic by doing so. Inside, it can be hit or miss depending on the day that you come here. First you have to do acrobatics sometimes to get across the floor. What I mean by that is it is tight quarters in here. The aisles are cramped and where they have the prepare your own food section is right in the way of the flow of foot traffic. Much like outside, no one understands traffic patterns. Add to that, they will put up a wet floor sign right in the middle of it all. Then you have to kind of make sure you don't knock anything over. Selection is also hit or miss. One day they may have what you want whereas the next they will not. Or there might be a different product in the spot where you want your item to be. Service here can be tricky. Some days it is smooth sailing, others you will be stuck in line for a long time. I do give them props as the lucky person who is working will juggle two registers at once to make the line go quicker. read more

Not really sure what's been going on with this 7-Eleven in recent years, and to be fair, it's been a while since I popped in to this location. I know they had that horrible ATM smash-in several years ago, and they had to remodel after that, but this visit was beyond annoying. The refrigerator where they usually store things like fruit and protein and hard boiled eggs was empty except for a basket of apples and oranges. Fine, no big deal. Grabbed myself a protein shake and used the mobile checkout option on the app only to be told AFTER I had finished scanning and trying to locate the mobile checkout kiosk that the machine was broken. The employee said to cancel it, but there is no option to do that on the app. Again, to be fair, this is an app issue and not the employee or store issue. I waited in line to pay (got charged twice so now I'll need to call my bank again and get my money back once the transactiom clears.) Attempted to use my phone to pay like I do at every other 7-Eleven only to be told that Google Pay did not work. 2 strikes right there. Exasperated, I used my card. You would think they would put up a sign out front or on the door saying mobile checkout does not work and not to use it. But nope. Do better, Tech Road 7-Eleven. The only reason you didn't get 1 star is because the app isn't your problem, but you need to communicate better for those like myself who love the Mobile Checkout option. read more

Horrible location! It's not worth going to. There's always shady characters hanging outside this store and when you go inside the place is completely messy. I stopped by recently for coffee since I finally got their app and they were offering any size coffee for $1. Most of the coffee selections were out. The coffee was cold and tasteless!! I wish I can get my dollar back :( read more

Local 7-11 in the area. They are very convenient and consistent. I usually just stop at a 7-11 for coffee and/or quick snack. I happen to have a reward on my app so I stopped in to collect it. Can't go wrong with 7-11. read more

As the two stars indicate: "Meh, I've experienced better." Definitely better 7-Elevens anyway. This store is very narrow, not too deep, and kind of dirty. I went in for an iced coffee, and there was literally a broken bottle on the shelf next to the one I was grabbing. That meant that everything below it was drenched in sugary liquid coffee and cream, and no one had removed the broken glass or cleaned it up yet. They get a star back for being a 7-Eleven in a good location with good prices on sale items (everything else is overpriced). Also, when the line got three customers deep, someone came up and worked the second register to minimize the line. That's pretty awesome. Way to get your customers checked out rapidly. Solid service, if not a little unfriendly. read more

My issue with this store is the fact that they are not restocking the shelves, specifically the cold drinks in the refrigerator. I drink Red Bull sugar-free almost every day, almost every I stop by to get it, they are out, either the 12oz or the 16oz (that I prefer). But guess what, if you look through the shelves, inside the cooler, you can see that there are several cans sitting there, just not put out for sale. I wish they would be more proactive on that, it's really a bummer when I have to stop by the Exxon gas station close to that store to buy Red Bull, they always have it. But anyway, besides that, it's a good store. read more

I like 7-Eleven for a quick drop in every now and again. They usually have a good selection of beverages, snacks, etc. It's like an entire store dedicated to the check-out aisle in supermarkets. I am do enjoy getting the big bite hot dogs or the taquitos that they have for sale; though I always find myself wondering exactly how long they've been rolling around on that heating rack. The best part about 7-Eleven is the free slurpees on 7/11. The worst part is when you come in and know exactly which one you want but it squirts out in a waterfall that sprays your wardrobe. Guess I'll wait till next year. read more

Usually a nice 7-11 to stop at but the young man that works there with the curly hair is rude. He was On the phone when I walked in and checked out. He didn't say anything when I checked out except rolled his eyes an snapped at me to swipe my card. Get people that don't text at the register. Or don't hire kids read more

This was my first time at this 7-Eleven. Six out of the eight coffee carafes were completely empty. There was no decaf, no bold, no exclusive blend and no flavored coffee. I did not see any staff in sight to ask about getting a fresh pot. I understand that mornings are busy, but this is why people come to 7-Eleven in the morning. read more

Female cashies wasn't attractive but was very engaged in conversations with another staff member. Young man decided to sweep the rug in my direction, dust and debris flying all around me ugh! No conscience, no respect and no apologies what so ever just rude behavior. read more

I love this 7 Eleven! It's clean and well stocked. The coffee bar always has my favorite hazelnut flavored coffee hot and ready. I could make my coffee at home, but I'd rather buy it here because for two bucks I'm greeted like family and the smiling faces and greeting from the cheerful crew make my long days start off right. read more

On Monday, April 12, I purchased a car adapter and charger for a friend. Before doing so, I asked the 7-11 worker if I could return it if it was not correct. He told me to return with the receipt to get a refund. Today was the first time I was in that location to return the items as they were not needed. I was told by the worker that they do not do refunds. I told him about the other worker who guaranteed a refund. After going back and forth with him he told me I was trying to return used merchandise, basically calling me a liar and telling me I was dishonest. I was not happy and I expressed this. He then began to call hostile after I reacted to his challenging my character. If the merchandise was used, it was sold to me in a used state. He continued to taunt me with "Look at you. Your being all hostile and I'm being calm." This was only after he continuously insulted me. The worker in question told me he did not work at that store, but was a manager filling in. This was the most upsetting interaction I have had in any 7-11. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Maryland, Consumer Protection. I am thoroughly disappointed. J. J. read more
