Devontaye, the General Manage, is an outstanding human and his positive energy is contagious and definitely radiates to all of the employees. I have been a customer of this particular 7/11 for over 15 years as my family owns a neighboring business. There is a sweet older lady there that is super helpful, Rick has always been incredible and the manager Ron is helpful when he is actually there. Unfortunately, there is a gentleman there that always has his AirPods in and clearly HATES his job. His manager came in when he was being rude to me because he had sold me FOUR defective JUUL batteries ($10 a pop) in one month and told me he'd replace it two days ago when I had to buy yet ANOTHER and then claimed he'd never seen me or my husband (an Active Duty Military Linguist) and then started speaking Farsi to the other employee there, speaking inappropriately about us while laughing. Little did Ron know my husband is a linguist and could understand what they were saying including the word "" which means the f-slur or can also mean a sissy or "bitch". When I told Ron that guy needed to go in the back if he couldn't control himself, the rude employee replied telling me "My Uncle OWNS this 7/11 so I can do what I want and he won't fire me". Which is EXACTLY what he does. He even lied to his manager about wearing AirPods all day when I have a still shot from the video (see below) I took of the confrontation to send to JUUL Corporate and 7/11's Corporate Offices. I hope the employee's hate and homophobia are worth losing a customer of 15 years along with every single one of our employees who work next door. read more

7-11 have coffee....NO This is not in the middle of the day rather the early morning when you would think they would have had coffee ready. You know that morning coffee before you go to work. They even have a sign outside on the window that says "any size cold brew coffee for $.99" They didn't even have that. Hot or cold. I thought that's what 7-11 always tried to say. The coffee is always on....I guess not. I don't think I would have given a review just being out of coffee but when the attitude of the person at the counter was less the professional. No reason to go back to this 7-11 for anything. The 7-11 down the street had everything I needed. And yes....coffee too. read more

Horrible service. The guys that are there They dont even say HI OR WELCOME. Like HELLO CUSTOMER SERVICE. But yet they keep staring at u LIKE IF UR ABOUT TO STEAL SOMETHING. Anyways, I went there and I had grab some chips and drinks. They cashier guy, was rude grab the chips basically slamming them on the counter. Didn't even say how much it was I had to look at the pin pad. Gave him the money, he gave me the change back. (i always ask for receipt) he got mad when I had ask him for mine. (Second incident few months back ) They sell churros (i wanted to try one ) purchased one FU... that was hard to bite it was already old I ask the guy for a different one he got mad and gave me the look (started talking on his native language with someone ) i was upset already just ask him for the $$ back. He still kept saying something upset gave me the money Anyways store looks messy, I do understand it gets busy but damm this store looks different now Anyways terrible service i don't recommend this store. I pulled in today for a slurpee. It was hot out and I had just burnt my toungue. I was cracing the original cherry flavor and I knew I wanted the smallest size. When I realized it was only a few cents more for the biggest size, guess what I got? I aslso based my plastic see-thoguh cup with a third "melon" (watermelon), another third Cherry, a spalsh of Pina Coalda and then topped it (after placing the half dome lid on, you know what I'm talking about) with sugar-free Mango. Now i'm actually allergic to a real mango but obvi this is artificial falvoring so I went nuts and it almost squirted out as I tapped the tap real fast to make it stop. Now it was all delicious but the first few sips I took reminded me of Butter Popcorn... like the Jelly Bean flavor... NOT LOVELY! What the French?!?! Of course, i kept drinking to see if I'd find other flavors in this mix but butter popcorn was definately the most prominent one for the first few minutes or at least until my toungue was numb from the ice and all the different flavors. You'd think the buttery-ness came from the pina colada section but I think not since I tried this flavor before here and didn't ahev the same expereince. I'm wondering if someone was adding the flavors into the machine without washing their hands, maybe stuck their hand in a bag of greasy butter flavored popcorn and didn't wash? Just a hunch. I just met the nicest gentleman at the store while trying to get propane. Although it seems he is a new hire it seems his customer service is amazing. His comments about my style made me feel like a true appreciated customer which is something i think that other stores may lack. read more

I called 711 to ask if I left my wallet there and to please check lost and found and the lady that answered the phone rudely replied no. She wouldn't even bother to check under the counter, claiming she was way too busy to help me. I didn't appreciate the way she talked to me. read more
