The one thing that I definitely love about this 7/11 is they always have cold brew coffee on the tap machine! The store itself is pretty clean inside and well maintained, stocked as well. What I will say is that there is a lot of homeless population around the store and they sit outside which is its going to happen but they leave trash or theirs just trash all over. It makes the place look dirty. They have security, but I don't know which store the security guard is patroling. The staff in here are pretty nice. If parking is busy 7 /11 will be a pain to get to. Unless you park in the structure but youll have to walk a bit. read more

Clutch spot. Stopped here on a Saturday afternoon for a quick snack. The location is perfect. Close to pechanga arena. Getting in and out could be annoying as it's next to an In and Out and those lines are always painfully long. Flanked to its right is a TMobile. It's a small plaza it's in. Inside is one of the cleanest 7/11 I've ever been in. Well lit. A bit cramped. But everything was stocked and put away. There are also screens which tells you about the different deals hey got and that was unique. Two registers. Two workers. Pretty standard. But good overall experience. read more

I needed some water and cash because I was going to hit up Ultrazone to play laser tag. This 7-eleven is in a nice spot, right around the corner from Ultrazone. I had a feeling that I could depend on this 7-eleven to deliver. As a member of my credit union, I knew I could use 7-eleven's ATM free of charge. I accessed the ATM, got the cash I needed and proceeded to look for water. I grabbed a couple of 1-liter bottles of Arrowhead. I scanned the store to see if there was anything else I might want, but I felt the water was sufficient. The store is a little smaller than what I'm use to seeing, but it still had everything I needed. The store was well lit and looked very clean. Parking wasn't too bad. They have some parking that is designated as 20 minutes or less which is nice. It wasn't crowded, there were a few people in the store. In line, there were 2 people ahead of me, but the line moved very quickly. Cashier was friendly. I'd stop by this 7-eleven again. read more

My-how the mighty have fallen! Recently I attended an indie film preview at the La Paloma Theater about wine-making-which I intend to Yelp about. But here I am today-at the NEW 7-Eleven that just opened up and I am so excited! Either it takes little to thrill me or I am just really the low-life I pretend not to be! However-this is a BRAND NEW store and it is plush! I dropped by this morning for a little look-see and realized how much I missed the Christian Bible store that used to be there. When the Bible store had their big closing clear-out sale, I got some great deals on Jesus figurines and Pope postcards! So it was with a heavy heart that I entered into the new 7-Eleven. Immediately I was taken by how nice and clean it was. Lots of white fluorescent lighting and immaculately shiny floors. Instead of some of the tight fits at other stores, this new place was all spread out and there were uncrowded rows of chips and candy galore! Even the magazine rack was full and not sparsely stocked! Very impressive. I grabbed some peanuts to buy and the cashier was not disheveled and looking like he just got out of drug rehab but actually was pleasant and had no body odor I could detect! What a first class operation they got going here! This new 7-Eleven has ruined me for all time now. When I ride my bike to the one nearest my pad, I will cringe when I see what's behind the counter looking at my credit card. Not here at this NEW 7-Eleven! Yelp-ers: just go in a take a free Reader and look around. Convenient is all I can say regarding this 7/11 for water, Diet Coke. The only problem they got me to buy a pack of Mavericks when I gave them up . They have a very strange rule in effect which I find outlandish. They do not sell any customer a beer after midnight. My driver found their rule strange as well. Dropped into pick up a drink and your staff in particular the blonde with the bad attitude was mopping up another customers spilled drink. I knocked over a couple pairs of glasses trying to go around the mopped floor as she was complaining about having to mop again. I picked up the glasses that I saw as she shot me ugly looks and put the ones I dropped on the glasses case. As I was walking out the door she yelled to me how about pick it up if you drop it. I was on a very important call but as I was in my car I thought about how rude she was. So I went back in and said by the way if I had of seen those I would have picked them up as I did the others. She replyed "it's called open your eyes". And I then said " no it's called customer service how about not be an asshole." I go to this 7 11 everyday but refuse to go any longer. After realizing my family and I went to Valley View's music venue/sports arena, we stopped by here to grab a cup of coffee and ask the worker where the casino itself is located. She was real cool and extremely helpful, and she kept the store looking clean. Aside from her being a great person, the 7-Eleven had everything a typical 7-Eleven would have, it's big in there, and it's really clean. Wow this chick was awesome. it's 15-20 minutes until 10 pm. I stop in for a hot dog and there are around 6 people in line. She is saying hello and going from register to register helping. The guy that starts at 10 pm is there but not lifting a finger because his shift hasn't started. That guy need to be told about team work. Laura I believe was her name was a superstar at staying cool under pressure and still being friendly. As for guy who's shift hasn't started. You really need to get out of the Me Me Me world and help the people around you. You never know when it will be you who needs the help. read more

This has to be one the coolest 7-11's I have ever seen. It also is the only one that I've ever seen not on the corner or with a gas station. It's next to a Target so it's cleaner than most. Cashier was fast and friendly. read more

it's a 7-Eleven not much to say about because they typically are all the same but this one you'll have to deal with a little more homeless outside begging for money or for you to buy them something. If your not careful the homeless will try to rob you but also the staff behind the counter might try to short change you when making a purchase so be sure to be aware of all your surroundings at all times!!! read more

Poor customer service. Assistant manager was a douche about cash back. 10 dollar limit and I needed $15. I got my 10 then asked if I could purchase something else and get $5 back and he said no because I already got cash back on the last transaction. I thought this was pretty bazaar. read more

I used to be a regular but now have no desire to spend any money at this shopping center due to the shopping center security staff. I pulled up to grab a bottle of water and before I even turned off my car, I started getting pointed at by the security guard who was standing right outside of the 7-Eleven door chatting with the 7-Eleven employee. I opened the door and asked why she was pointing at me. With a rude demeanor, she told me i parked over the line. I parked barely on the line in a space where the car on my right was already parked over the line with the driver sitting in their car. To fit in this spot without blocking the other person into their car, I had to park on the line. So anyway, then as I started backing out to find a different spot, she pointed again and kept commenting to the 7-Eleven employee. So I backed out and left the parking lot. I will not be back to this store or nearby stores because I don't want to be treated badly by employees of the shopping center. Especially in a place where I've seen homeless men sitting right by the door to 7-Eleven many times, begging from all the customers and nothing was done about it by the security guard who was sitting nearby on their golf cart. Great job at policing customers and creating an unwelcoming environment. read more

The clerk sweeping the store and she sees you and she doesn't even care if she continues to think of the shit that you're waiting in line and continues to sweep and then when she opens up a Register she opens up a Register that you're not standing at and then you have to move all your stuff that's service highly don't recommend shopping here read more

Came in late Tuesday morning the 5th of April. Was totally ignored and brushed off by Crystal leaning over a back counter and playing with an Ipad. I wanted a hotdog, she ignored me and finally got up after a guy came in after me and cleared his throat at her. She walked right past mr and helped him even though i was there first. I dont expect a big door greeting but Crystal is a pro at aggressive ignoring, attitude, and letting you know youve interrupted her on the clock internet browsing time.
