She is very unprofessional and refuses to work with customers just trying to make it home to their family. I used to stop here every week for gas because it's the cheapest in the area. From now on I will be taking my business elsewhere and I would advise others to as well.

This place sucks. It's the one right near work. It doesn't matter where I work, it's just the "one…read morenear work." Every job I have had has had one. (I had to reread that sentence several times; there are so many ha* words in row. It is correct). The place where you can stop and grab a coffee if you're sufficiently early, or grab a snack or the paper on your way home. You can be sort of held captive to such a place. This one is right before the onramp to 95N, and I live right off of 95 at the other end. As such there are no other options unless I go a bit out of my way. Granted, like 5 minutes out of the way, but still. In the past I have been forced into such relationships with 7-11s, the worst of which still totally deliver on their promise, and various local delis that also totally deliver. This place really sucks. I want to reiterate that: this place really sucks. It's an Exxon that is bolted onto a McDonald's, and the upshot is that to get a cup of coffee, you have to interface with the McDonald's, and to get a bag of peanuts or a bottle of water or a cupcake, you have to interface with the Exxon. This means that for your (read: my) standard purchase you're (I'm) standing in two lines. Two mind-numbingly slow lines. The McDonald's side is staffed by trainees, being trained by other trainees. The people on the Exxon side are competent and friendly enough, but there is only ever one register open, and you are forced to stand behind the wave of folks buying lottery tickets, making change for ones, and in general making purchases far less important and significant that whatever I am doing. I'm sure they're all nice people (they're not). It doesn't help, I suppose, that the eight gas pumps are always slammed full with cars. Also, and this is nitpicking, there are always people panhandling outside. I'm been hit up by the same dude asking for 65.00 to "get to Urbanna," more times than I can count. This is the gas station equivalent of being around someone who is constantly farting: funny and/or charming if you already like them, compounding if you don't. EDIT: I actually boosted this from one-star to two-, because the Shell across the street is even worse. I rarely go there because it is less convenient (lot of U-turns to make). In reality this place should get a one-star, and the Shell should get a soiled wad of toilet paper, but Yelp's rating system is not capable of such nuance. RE-EDIT: Back down to one-star. I realized that, as the only other review of this cat turd is a one-star smackdown, my two stars boosted the overall rating. That really did not seem right.

Need to pump gas? Or get your car fixed? This is a one stop shop for all your car needs!…read more Let me start with the positives: Hancock Alignment is a reliable mechanic that I have been coming to for years! They can help me save money by telling me what parts would be good. I was charged what I was quoted without having to worry about additional service charges being applied. They accommodate me quickly, even without an appointment. One time I noticed my state inspection expired and it was night and they closed already...it was an emergency, so I put my keys in an envelope with a note saying it needs an inspection ASAP and slid it under their garage. They called me the next morning to notify me once they got my note and to tell me my car was ready. Cons: They are a busy shop! They get lot of business, but I think they should clean after themselves. I saw a old headphone, a written index card left in my car (clearly not mine). Once my car was fixed, I popped open the hood to make sure everything looks okay and I noticed they forgot to return a cap back on where the spark plugs is near. Now, I wonder what would have happened if I didn't check, I probably would never gotten it back. When I told one of the mechanics, he said that I probably didn't have it when I came to get my car fixed, but I know my car well and finally he went to ask someone and what do you know...they found it and put it back on my car without apologizing for their mistake. Hancock is good, but I don't know if all the mechanics who are working there are at the same level of expertise. Other than that, they did a pretty decent job, which is why I give them 3 stars!

This place is just terrible. I went a couple weeks ago because it was close to my gym and appeared…read moreto have a good price based on the sign. Half the pumps were closed. One side of the other pumps was blocked so I drove to the "full service" side. No one bothered to come out so I got out and realized the pumps were installed circa the bronze age. I went inside to prepay because it didn't take credit cards. The guy behind the counter was playing on his phone and stopped long enough to take my money, never mentioned anything about full service. So I went back out and started pumping. It was about half way through pumping when I realized the price on the pump didn't match the price advertised on the sign. I went back inside to ask about that and the guy said that was becausei was at the full service pump. Me: but no one came out, so I didn't get full service. Guy: you could have used a different pump Me: there were no other available pumps Guy: you should have been patient Me: but you're sign advertised a different price and no one came out to the pump? Why didn't you mention this when I prepaid? Guy: That's just the way we do business Well, not with me anymore! If there willing to scam me out of a couple dollars of gas I can't imagine what else they're willing to scam for.
