After 4-5 months, I realized that the Service and knowledge that Yi was accustomed to receive was not present at the local Smiths. I left a message and asked if they could move my prescriptions back. And you know, anymore we have to do follow up to make sure people follow through. To my pleasant surprise, my prescriptions already moved over! Smiths advertises digital coupons and discount prices. But, I check my receipt after each time I…read morego and the prices are wrong on multiple items 3 out of 4 times. I always have to contact customer service and get a credit. It is nice I can get a credit, but on top of the lengthy time you have to search for relevant digital coupons, it is annoying you have to spend more time contacting customer service to fix their mistakes. Produce is often sketchy at this location too. With bad spots, rotten produce amongst the fresh, and produce that never ripens, or goes bad within a day or two of bringing it home. Items are frequently out of stock. Both sale items and regular items. Employees can rarely be found, except the ones that are shopping for customers and they don't want to answer your questions because they have to shop in a specific amount of time and get on to the next customer they are shopping for. Shelves are dirty frequently. I reported a shelf as sticky 4 weeks in a row and it never got cleaned. I gave up reporting it. But this store is better than the really overpriced one down the street and is really the only other one in the area. So I continue to go.

If you're coming in off the main road heading east, you're going to need to make a few left turns to get in there. And on a busy day, that can get tricky. However, that said-I was able to satisfy my search for mint oreos, a delicacy that can be hard to come by. Chevron had me covered-with an end cap fully stocked with them. Pair that with a slushie drink, and you've KO'd any respectable sweet tooth.

When I was shown the cookies, I noticed that several of them were overbaked. I politely expressed my concern and asked if I could have a replacement for one of the burnt cookies. Unfortunately, the associate seemed annoyed by my request, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I don't believe it's unreasonable to expect good-quality products, especially when spending around $15 on a few cookies. Receiving multiple burnt cookies and feeling like an inconvenience for requesting a replacement was disappointing. I hope more attention is given to both product quality and customer service in the future.
