Normally, I go to a chain coffee shop because it's close to my work, but I didn't think I would make it to work if I didn't grab something before I left town. I had only been there once so didn't know what to order, but settled on a Mocha coffee. They made it quickly and as I picked it up, I realized my shirt was on inside out. Just smelling it, woke me up enough to realize I was dressed wrong. I knew this Mocha from Perfect Pour probably saved my life. Thank you Perfect Pour!

They even have some toys for the kids to play... I love a kid friendly place! We ordered several coffees including a drip, zebra latte, lavender latte and toasted Marshmallow one, a Mexican coffee and even a hot chocolate for the kiddos (sorry I forgot the actual names of the drinks lol). seriously all of them tastes amazing!!!! It looked like there was just one person handling both the cashier and drink orders, but he managed everything really smoothly. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and honey and when he finished it, he realized he accidentally made it with vanilla syrup instead. Without hesitation, he remade it right away and even offered me the first one for free, which I thought was really kind and showed great customer service. The matcha itself was decent but it wasn't nothing mind blowing but definitely good enough to enjoy and sip on. It had a nice balance and wasn't overly sweet, which I appreciated. What really stood out more than anything was the service. The guy was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, which made the experience better overall. My friend ordered the hot hojicha latte ($8.75), and she said multiple times that it was really good. They even gave me jalapeños which I loved and didn't have to ask for. When the sandwich was delivered to my table a bottle of sirarcha was provided too and I knew it would be legit. The pork was well flavored and the bread was light and crispy. The sandwich was balanced well & I didn't even need the hot sauce though I did add a little. A few tables inside and a counter area too. The crumpets came after the desserts because they forgot to serve them to us (not a big deal and they were very apologetic). For the price, we expected more than one tiny item from the dessert tray. The teas were all lovely, but they were out of their Pacifica Blue tea which we were specifically looking forward to trying. This is the 12th tea service we have tried in the past couple years, and we find that we prefer teas that include an assortment of more deluxe dessert items (like SIP or Rotunda in SF), and sandwiches that are made with a variety of breads such as rolls or mini croissants along with the traditional sliced bread, and with more generous filling.
