I use to come here all the time as a kid. This location has always been sketchy. I went back awhile back and it is still sketchy. Cops are always posted in the area waiting to bust someone for nothing. And the hotdogs here are always soggy. I do not know how to even do that to a hotdog but it happens here. They tend to have all the stuff that you would normally find at 7 Eleven. Beer, soda, chips, jerky, and other snacks. visiting this 7/11 for the first time left me feeling like I had somehow stepped off the earth and into the twilight zone. there was an older Korean lady (mentioned in MANY other reviews) and she shot me a dirty look as soon as I stood at the counter and purposely ignored me, cleaning her nails or checking her phone for as long as 5 minutes giving me more dirty looks everytime I tried to get her attention. I asked for zyns (behind the front counter in plain view) and she said she did not have them. I pointed and without looking she kept saying she didn't, I told her to just turn around and she'd see them and she refused. when she finally did I had to fight with her to pick the right strength and flavor as she continually stated that they weren't there while we were both LOOKING RIGHT AT THEM. All of the negative reviews here are true. I've experienced similiar treatment from the clerks including and most prominently the elder of the clerks who, in my eyes, seems to take deliberate pleasure in annoying the customers. I've been inside this 7-11 to purchase a slushee and each time I've encountered the very old Korean woman, she has a go at me. She is brusque and at one point tried to charge me ONE DOLLAR for a drink holder that McDonald's and other 7-11's give to you for free when you buy multiple self-serve beverages. This woman is absolutely insufferable such that after months of going there (it's been a month or so since I set foot in that store), that my recollections of her saltiness are vivid and memorable. The last interaction with her was the final straw and like others, go to the 7-11 on Manor Drive to patronize a 7-11. I did some searching on the Internet and discovered the customer service contact for 7-11. Just type in 7-11 customer complaints in your browser to get this info and do submit a complaint on this store. This location has to be the worst ‍ I occasionally come here as it's walking distance from my place, yet will never come back unless I urgently need something. ZERO stars! My fiancé came in to pay his car note like he does every month. The two shriveled women working were so ignorant and rude to my fiancé he ended up leaving. At first they said they don't accept payments over $500. After chatting with her co worker they decided they'd take the money first. They reeked of racism the discrimination was felt hard. She looked at him as if his money was no good there. The women asked for the money first so she can see if it's real. A black man with tattoos paying his car note is unheard of I guess. What's that light 2 blocks away burning white lightning into my retina at 2am at night. I walked in the store, can't get in... wait strange words on the handle say PULL, minus -1 for non automated door! When I'm fecked up I don't want to know how to get in and out of the store. I start salivating at the cheese filled hotdog, knowing what it would do to my bowels. I snag a spicy slim jim (1st level of hell), expertly flick a bag of red hots (2nd level) for a sweet and spicy to top my pint of ICE CREAM! Who can deny also a small bag of Doritos Habinaro for 99 cents (3rd level) with spicy Nacho cheese sauce in a jar (4th), then going for a frozen pepperoni pizza I can heatup in the toaster oven topped with Tabasco sauce (5th level). I find Atomic Warhead candy and notice a white dreamy vision in my peripheral. As I gaze lovingly at their plentiful display of white, glazed, chocolate, or baked delightful selection of pastry goodies (6th). The Seventh level was the result of the boiling hot magma warming within me at first in delight on a cold windy rainy January in Pacifica. Ending with uncontrollable anus anger late at night left me incapacitated in exhausted agony the following day. Why must you contain all the pleasures of hell... oh you sell porn as well. I lived right across the street from this location for a number of years and I couldn't begin to imagine how much I've spent here on beer, cigarettes (I quit smoking eight years ago), lotto tickets and crappy food. Though this location is kinda ghetto (And really what 7-11 isn't?) the real redeeming factor for this and all the other locations is the Slurpee. When I lived there I pretty much had at least one every day. The Slurpee also provided me with one of the truly defining moments of my marriage. We were in the parking lot of what was then K-mart (Now Kohl's) in Colma and we had just both gotten large Slurpees to help cool the summer heat. When we were in the parking lot Suzette G. decided to take one long sip before we entered the store. In an instant I could see the look of regret and suffering on her lovely face. "Ow" she said "Brain freeze" Oh how I hated seeing the love of my life suffer while I sat there powerless and helpless unable to do anything for her. But there was something that I could do. I could show my support in solidarity with her suffering. I had to do it. I proceeded to suck about half of my 64 ouncer in one sip. The pain was terrible. My temples pounded my mouth even my legs hurt with this one. A few minutes later when I recovered enough to see the look of incredulity on her face she asked "What did you do that for?" My answer? "Because I love you and I hated to see you suffer alone" Her reply; "I think that might have been the stupidest thing that I've ever seen anyone do" Sometimes even the receipient of your affection doesn't know just how much you'll do for love. read more

I go to this 7-11 more often than I like to admit because its one of the few places in Pacifica that is opened late. I also like that it is near the pier and I can get coffee then the beach. It is small but that doesn't matter as much. They have a small parking lot and the usual. Like the 3 stars indicate, A-ok. read more

Just came out of this 7-11 and an elderly lady working behind the counter was going to help me..I asked for a slice of pepperoni pizza and requested a particular slice..She was rude and said they are all the same..Actually they are not !!! There were a few slices that could be considered cheese since the pizza had one pepperoni on it...Now this slice of pizza was for my son who was standing next to me and after she pulled the slice from the warmer display case I decided to cancel pizza...She then became hostile and said what slice did I want ..I replied " I said I cancelled the pizza just ring up my drink and chip " .
