Half of the buildings are soon to open. You'll look for lawn signs directing you to the coffee spot (and other businesses). We ordered the Spanish Latte and Mayan Mocha both iced regular sizes. The Spanish latte was yummy! The Mayan mocha really hits. You can taste the dark chocolate (I assume no less than 85% cocoa). The inside only has about 2-4 stools. Otherwise, there are two small tables outside with chairs. Very limited with seating so staying to drink is difficult. The staff were friendly, helpful, and sweet.

I ordered an horchata latte and got a chocolate milk for my little sister. This cafe has extremely reasonable prices. I was so excited to try this place out because I heard a lot of incredible things about this place. When I got my iced horchata latte, all I tasted was cinnamon. I didn't taste a hint of horchata at all. I mixed it and it still tasted like pure cinnamon. My little sister really enjoyed her ice hot chocolate, though. I do want to come back and try their matcha, though. I heard a lot of mixed reviews about their matcha. This entire weekend I tried new matcha spots and I was disappointed by all of them, unfortunately. The cafe is extremely cute. I really enjoy their theming and how they decorated for the World Cup! Monkey Bread 10/10 Holy cow! The monkey bread can be described as addictive... the monkey bread is baked with pecans on the bottom, cherries mixed in, cinnamon and a soft dough drizzled with frosting. The monkey bread was so fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The pecans and cherries were perfectly balanced in the monkey bread creating a delicious snack. One last note: We went back up to order more palmiers and the wonderful lady working the counter (Maria) gave us a complimentary one and a monkey bread. Super kind and thoughtful; she actually helped guide us to the carlota as I was wanting a lemon bar or tart and they were out of them.
