Stopped in for snacks late night for our hotel room. This is a smaller store with just the basics but it got the job done. There is a small warm food selection, minimal drinks, tons of snacks. It's not especially large inside and it's a very cramped store with small aisles and such but it is big enough to fit the basics and serve its purpose. read more

Went to this 7-11 for free slurpee day and not bad! Your standard 7-11 but for the slurpee I'm typically used to getting them myself. Not sure if it was because of free slurpee day or they just do this now but a guy was there who got your slurpee for you. The location took over a traditional Italian Restaurant. I didn't know what to think when i saw the rendition of a 7 Eleven. I personally would've prefer a Ramen spot but whom am I to suggest lol. I know 7 Eleven is not the cheapest in the market for pick up and go brand name products but let me tell you, it sure is convenient. I find myself going to the 7 Eleven more than the DR across the street. The staff is quasi friendly and there is really just this one guy who wear a white shirt that has exceptional customer service. I don't blame the staff for being unrefined because they have to deal with a rough clientele that gravitate towards this establishment. I have also became a Belly check in fanatic. I check in when I walk into the 7 Eleven and when I am paying. I am applying the CITI Double Cash Offer concept but with a checking in twist. I am just trying to level up my 7 Eleven points but I never redeem the points for any of the suggested product. I hope 7 Eleven Corporate appreciate my patronage to their store and my twist on using their Belly application as a check in app oppose to a rewards app. read more

Good 7-Eleven. I was surprised that it was pretty clean. I would never get a doughnut or muffin from the trays, but they looked fresh. We came in just for coffee. The cashier who rang us up was a polite gentleman. No half and half nor whipped cream for the coffee, though. Whipped on the coffee was kind of the only reason we came in. while walking back from the jacob javits center to the east side i notice a 7-11 on 8th ave and 52nd st which means i am going in to get some lottery tickets and a big gulp . not to much foot traffic in the area and does not seem a 711 would make sense here but i was wrong as the place has non stop in and out with folks getting coffee , drinks , cigs , snacks , and the many other stuff that every 711 has. store looks clean and well stocked and no bums hanging outside begging for money. i did not get any food but i am ashamed to admit but the hot dogs are actually not bad and the taco bits which i also did not get are also yummy. glad i walked along 8th ave after a boring event at jacob javits the stop at 711 made the long walk back home bearable .4 stars on my yelp meter for the 24/7 american classic. read more

I spend about $200 a month at this place because it's near my work but no more. Today when I went in at 8pm they were allowing a homeless man to beg for money right next to the register. When I came in again at 4am after work, it was 10 degrees outside and after I bought something I asked if I could wait for my car to pick me up inside. They said absolutely not and made me leave. I guess hanging out inside the store the privilege of people who don't shop there. They aren't getting my money anymore, that's for sure. read more

Pretty average 7-Eleven experience. Clean and bright in the store, not that clean and not that bright as others but good. Two guys managing the shop, one slacking around in the back doing nothing and one guy managing the cashier section. Grabbed some nachos with that yellow goop and red meat slop that when you open the dispenser it comes from these bags of -not so good for you- probably. But sometimes once a year I get a craving for that slop on my nachos. I'll say it again and do it again. read more

It was a typical 7-11 - SNACK HEVEAN!!! We only came in for Slurpees and barely found a lid. But once we made it to the register we understood. The cashier was working alone, I didn't even see any other employee roaming the place. However, he handled himself well because the line was moving quickly, he was still courteous, and he even was patient to scan our reward card so that we could get a free drink.
