Stick bug for all you future entomologists. So cool

Open 24 hours and always hot coffee and "fresh" 7-11 fresh quick hot bites. Great value, no no-nonsense employees, great beer selection and slurpees , what more could you want at 2 in the morning, oh, munchies and how!!

I was parked on the public street. I spent $15 in there. He yelled at me "IF YOU WANT TO READ THE NEWSPAPER DO IT AT HOME."

Be aware the card skimmers are installed on the payment machines here. Likely the owner/operators know and/or are behind them.

They will never answer a phone call so just give it up and go there in person. The best you'll get is a busy signal all day.

My only downside is the lack of a public restroom, which seems common at many California stores now. I came into a different location with a pre-diabetic family member who urgently needed to use the restroom and sadly ended up having an accident after being denied access. I don't hold it against this location or the staff, as they're likely following policy, but it's unfortunate and speaks to the times we're living in. That said, the employees here have always been kind and professional.

You check the website an hour later, and the Rx is "pending". Then you call them because you need it now. You spent ~45m on hold waiting to speak to a pharmacist, who then tells you they will fill it and you can pick it up in 20 minutes (if you're lucky) or (if you're unlucky) that you need to order it. Let's say you're lucky. You wait the 20 minutes. Then you wait 20 minutes in line to pick up your prescription. The desk agent says, "It's not been filled yet, just wait here and we'll have it for you in 20 minutes." You wait 20 minutes, and ask, and they STILL don't have it ready for you. It's located right off the freeway (next to Mike's Bikes and the Sausalito house boats), and there's plenty of free parking out in front. Unfortunately, when ever I go there now, there are always shady characters hanging outside the store. I see broken glass and drug busts in the parking lot. Cop cars are always patrolling the area. To be perfectly blunt, I just don't feel safe here anymore. It's only a matter of time before I get jumped or my car broken into. The deli (aka Davey Jones Deli) still does a solid business and attracts local sandwich lovers. However, the rest of the store leaves me feeling claustrophobic (there's just too much stuff stuffed into one tiny space). Also, on my most recent visits, the guy at the register has been quite the opposite of friendly. No "hello" or "thank you for your business." His attitude has been more akin to "give me your money; here's your booze in a paper bag; and don't let the door hit you on your way out." I'm hoping that this place can clean up its act. Until then, I guess I'll have to buy my booze and sandwiches at Safeway.

The market is bigger than it looks and has a good selection of items. We came here three separate times during our stay and they always had what we needed....Toothbrush, razors, cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks and they were just a 5 minute walk from the rental. **Side note in case anyone is searching reviews looking for a bathroom** I was outside one afternoon with our dog waiting on the bench in front for my husband to grab me a drink and a car full of young ladies pulled up doing the potty dance and rushed in. There are signs that say "no public restroom" and I guess staff adhered strictly to it because they came out panicked and still squirming. I told them I wasn't from the area but there is a park across the street and although it's a little hidden, there is a porty potty on the East side. They thanked me and ran off and later thanked me again when I saw them in town. If we stay in Stinson again, I won't worry about overpacking because this market has what you need....except a bathroom!
