I hadn't been to this new location since they moved but was happy to see they had more space for seating and even a separate kids room. Staff is always friendly and the cafe has such a warm and inviting feel. Now for drinks, they have a ton of unique options to choose from. Red Truck is located in a cute little town on the main road where you can find several wonderful local businesses. There's street parking out front and a parking lot behind. We only come to Marshall once a year, so this year we were super surprised to see that they have made changes inside. They now have an awesome upstairs area with lots of seating. It's beautiful with lots of windows. They've added more seating downstairs as well. The food remains absolutely delicious. They've added lattes and mimosas to their menu. I forgot to take pictures which is not the norm for me, but I think the excitement of being there took over. I went two mornings in a row. The first morning I had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a slice of cake. Both made perfectly. I also tasted my friend's almond croissant, which was amazing. The second morning I had the sausage, cheddar jalapeño scone, so delicious, we ordered the last 3 to go. The service is amazing! Thank you Rochelle, Monica and Jared for making me feel so welcomed.
