    Matcha Latte and Snoopy!
    Jean A.

Ive been a few times now, delicious pastries and even better lattes. I'm not very adventurous but their menu has so many creative options available! Inside is very cozy, theres even a separate room for more privacy and space for families/etc. They also have fun local knicknacks for sale that are well priced and fun to look at even if you aren't buying. Such a great staple for the Marshall community :] Also thanks so much to the barista for drawing this little snoopy on my cup, I didn't realize it til I got home! It's the little things like that that count!

The e service is amazing and supporting a small local business feels great. Really great iced Chai and great variety of options. Handicap accessible with off street and on street parking

Stopped by here for breakfast. They offer three breakfast sandwiches (bacon, turkey sausage, and plant based sausage) with a variety of cheeses on several choices of bread including waffles. Coffee and cappuccinos were great. They use the local Cordial Coffee roast from Berryville. Milk options include whole, 1/2 & 1/2 as well as almond, coconut, oat.

A cute little coffee house that I met a friend at with our little kids. Though they include items to keep little ones occupied, I would not say it's kid friendly. Lots of things for them to touch. Having high chairs with belts would be a good idea. At the time there was only one barista so there could be a wait if coming at a busy time. I thought the coffee was good, but it was awfully small for the price. The aioli for the waffle-wich was really good, and I would consider returning if at least to try other items.

This cafe is AMAZING! The food was delicious and it was some of the best coffee I've had. There weren't a ton of food options, but it was such a creative idea for the sandwich. I would go back and get this exact sandwich and latte every single time. When asked if some of the menu items contain gluten, the barista wasn't sure and didn't make an effort to go check with the chef or the ingredients. To be fair, I didn't ask her to do so and I have a feeling she would have checked if I had asked her. Other than that, she was very kind and I have no complaints! The inside of the cafe was pretty small with only two tables. It was very quiet inside and I felt like I couldn't talk while in there. There were also a couple of tables outside which was lovely but the traffic was a little loud. I would have preferred if there were more tables inside, but it's a small cafe so it makes sense that there isn't! The cafe had some stickers, crystals, and small trinkets for sale which was fun to look through. All in all, this was a wonderful cafe with great food and high quality coffee. I will definitely be back!

This is a cute little coffee shop in a small town. They have a good selection of coffee flavors and my wife and I both enjoyed ours. Service was friendly and speedy and prices were reasonable.

    Small but quaint!

Cute shop and awesome options The spicy mocha orange zest double shot latte is divine

A cute coffee shop in Marshall. The crème brûlée latte is amazing!! I've never had anything like it. Everything I've tried has been great.

The service is a bit slow by modern standards, but well worth the wait, and we passed our time pleasantly. Unlike many tea houses, they have more than just one option for tea--there is an actual menu with several excellent options. You can also order a la carte. Their traditional tea options are very satisfying--wonderful scones. Loved the cucumber sandwiches and the Branston & cheddar! First time I ever encountered Branston, we ran out and bought some. We already returned once and will certainly go again.

Deliciousness - 3/5 Happiness - 3.5/5…read more A picturesque tea house in a quaint little town, we had a good Mother's Day outing there. There are a ton of tea flavors there and they let you smell them all before ordering. Although there is a full sandwich and entrée menu, we all went with the tea experience that came with tea, soup, scones, and finger sandwiches. The tea lived up to the billing and was mighty tasty - although only about 2-3 cups in each teapot (I feel like it should have been 4-5). The scones were uniformly delicious (my fave was the birthday cake scone), while the sandwiches were just OK. The bread on each sandwich overwhelmed the fillings/meat, so I just didn't get a ton of flavor. The service left a bit to be desired. We kept getting different servers, and that seemed to result in some confusion (i.e., being asked multiple times what we ordered, and food and tea coming out at different times). They missed an order completely, and the service was slow. They then asked us to leave as they needed to sit the next large group. No problem there as it clearly stated that the tea service had a time limit, but the only reason we hit it was because of the slow service and the need to fix orders (i.e., one whole person's tea service didn't come out with everyone else's). Also, the server said mimosas were half off but only after we ordered, did they say the half off didn't apply on Mother's Day! Overall, I'd go back again. The tea was excellent! But perhaps with a smaller group?

Tables are reserved for 2.5 hours, so I assume the party before us didn't use their full time. We ordered an appetizer and a bottle of wine. The brie cake was delicious--even for someone who doesn't usually like goat cheese (it was layered in)--but unfortunately, no one in our group enjoyed the cheesecake. The winery is both dog- and kid-friendly. All the parents we encountered kept their children supervised, which is a winery rule and one I really appreciate now that we have kids ourselves. Most of the dogs were also very well behaved, though one was repeatedly growling at passing dogs, which was off-putting. While the winery can't control every patron, we choose to leave our dog at home when she's not in a social mood, and it would be nice if all dog owners did the same.

TL;DR: PACKED when the weather is nice, expensive but great food and drinks, OK view…read more Ambiance (4/5): We arrived as a party of 4 on a Saturday and immediately walked into a live-action game of Musical Chairs: Patio Edition. Not a single table was available. Instead, there were rows of empty tables with RESERVED signs on them, apparently reserved for ghosts, because no one sat at them for 2+ hours. Meanwhile, groups of people, including us, circled the patio like vultures waiting for a table to finally open. The oyster pop-up bar had a line wrapping around the patio like people were waiting for Taylor Swift concert tickets instead of shellfish. There are small campfire setups around the outside area. But in 69°F full sun with a gentle breeze, you'd think no one would use them. Wrong. The whole side patio and hill area turned into a smoky campsite, with diners getting smoked out and leaving. On top of that, we had to fend off a rotating cast of unattended children. Kids wandered around like they were in an unsupervised theme park. One repeatedly tried sticking their hands in our dog's face while she was calmly chewing on a bone outside like a civilized creature. We ended up disciplining other people's children just so our dog could exist without being harassed. Food (4/5): We ordered the Nduja Sausage and Ricotta Pizza ($26), a red sangria pitcher ($40), a red sangria glass ($12), and the s'mores cookie tray ($10 for 3 cookies). The pizza was delicious, but the crust was so thin and flimsy it needed structural reinforcement. I used part of the previous slice to smear the ricotta around to get a balanced bite each time. The sangria was great, but $40 for 4 1/3 full glasses of wine felt disappointing. It's sangria, not liquid gold. The cookies were good, but for $10, 3 cookies should at least come with hot cocoa. Service (4/5): The lines were out the door. That is not the staff's fault. This place is popular, and the food is great. While I waited the 15 minute line to order, I reviewed the menu, dodged tiny children, and stepped away from random dogs on leashes inside the establishment trying to jump on me. It felt like a low-stakes obstacle course. When I got to the counter, I placed my order quickly. The bartender whipped the screen around with such precision and stared me down during the tip prompt like I was making a morally questionable decision. I pressed "No Tip" (listen. I stood in a line, picked up my own order, and bussed my own table) and his face shifted from "happy to help you" to "you have personally wronged me and my ancestors" in seconds. After tapping through 5+ different prompts, he told me to set a timer on my phone for 10 to 15 minutes and go to a different building to pick up my pizza. Finding this second building required me to use my nose like a bloodhound, following the faint scent of pizza through crowds until I finally tracked it down.

They weren't very busy when we got there, maybe about 4 tables sat. The menu looked quite nice, plenty of appetizing dishes to try. Service throughout was the issue though. We read reviews prior to coming here about the service being an issue, but we decided to give them a try anyway and we can say, the reviews are legit, they definitely need to work on service here!!! But the food was pretty darn good! Here are the positives - The food we tasted was pretty darn good! Their biscuit basket was nice, but the apple butter and the herbed butter in it were both amazing! Those biscuits were so darn good we saved one for dessert to enjoy with their apple butter. Their Grand Dad's Pastrami Sandwich was incredible! The pretzel bun was so soft and flavorful... then mixed with the mustard and their excellent corned beef and those perfectly caramelized onions and cheese - it made one heck of a great sandwich! The chips that came with the sandwich were on the dry/basic side, so they weren't worth the calories. The cole slaw was just 'ok' too. But the sandwich made up for those. Their tomato soup was made very nicely... definitely worth trying! Overall... there are so many options, so why come back? 2Kyles is right next to this place and they have been consistently very good, as we've been there a few times. Sorry, but until they fix their issues with delayed service, the kitchen lacking in food prep (we overheard the chef telling them many times about how to properly prepare dishes), and front of house - I doubt we'll return.

I personally had a cranberry mule and it was flavorful. For starters we had the deviled eggs (not pictured) and the crab dip. I'm not a deviled egg fan, but the crab dip was amazing. The sauce was good and I wasn't disappointed with my meal, however for me, the crab dip was the star of my experience.
