He wasn't sure and called for the store manager. I waited about 10-15 minutes, but the manager never came. Since I understand the holiday season can be busy, I decided to shop in the meantime using a 20% coupon I had. About an hour later, I returned to check out and asked about my instant-print photos. Michael told me they still weren't ready because he didn't know how to operate the photo equipment, and he also didn't know why the coupon wasn't working. Another employee in the store said they couldn't help either. Michael called the manager again, and once again I waited -- but Jennifer never came. In the end, I paid full price for my items and left the store without my photos because no one was able to process them. My concern is how the company allows new employees to work without proper training, and how the manager seems unavailable to support either the staff or customers. Overall, I left very disappointed.

My pharmacist is so happy to help me while hers keeps giving her a hard time every month when she goes to pick up her prescriptions. This behavior from the pharmacist gives her anxiety every month which is so unnecessary. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. The pharmacist's behavior is totally unacceptable.

Wow…read more Stopped for gas. My last stop of a 2300 mile trip. They didn't answer in the radio so I called on the phone to let them know I was coming in the front door with a pretty good headwind. A girl verified they indeed had fuel and hung up. Got to the dock and tied up, no one in sight. I start filling one tank and the pump is barely pumping. Stopped, gave it time to prime (half a dozen times) but couldn't get it to pump. Still no one around. Get back off the boat and go find a worker to help. She said she would be right out and I returned to my vessel. A few minutes later she approached my boat dragging a different fuel hose. She stops 5' short of my stern, extends her arm out and shoulder height and pulled the trigger to FULL. Aiming ahead of herself onto their floating dock she exclaims that this one working better. As gas is now splattering all over me, my boat, and their dock I was in awe when she handed me the nozzle and walked back towards the office. Sad to see just how bad society has completely lost respect for our environment. I totally blame management for the lack of proper training and employing people that have no business working there. It used to be a real job, a fuel dock worker. Now we let any warm body willing to work for minimum wages.

Today after a month I went back to the same place where I saw a $3.50 deal for a stuffed pizza and a Big Gulp with rewards and when I went to pay the same worker didn't honor the deal again and wanted to charge me more than $6. I'm an Uber Driver and I spend the whole day working and to get something to eat I always go to all the 7 elevens looking for their meal deals because I can't eat at restaurants every day depending on where I am and all the others I've been to have honored the promotion but this is the only one where I've had the same problem on two different occasions in one month.

I originally called the CVS at Collier & 41 - Zip Code 34114, to confirm that my SingleCare coupon for the shingles vaccine was valid. The woman at that CVS pharmacy was so rude. I gave her all of the #'s on the coupon card and she said she needed some # that did not exist. So I called SingleCare and they confirmed my coupon for the shingles vaccine to be redeemed at CVS. I tried to call this CVS back repeatedly and they would not answer the telephone. So I now canceled that CVS vaccine appointment and rescheduled for CVS on Marco Island. I arrived on time & showed the lady at the pharmacy the SingleCare coupon for CVS. She appeared to be typing in all of the #s and then told me that "SingleCare rejected the coupon, and that I should call them." So when I arrived home I called them. I was told that CVS never entered he coupon, and that if it was rejected it would have shown up on my account as rejected. So I started this process all over again & I got a SingleCare shingles vaccine coupon to redeem at Walmart. I went to Walmart his morning and had exceptional service and received my shingles vaccine successfully! I am never ever going back to CVS.
