I get the hot chocolate when i go to Starbucks especially for a coffee date! They can add more milk or whipping cream to it as you only really taste the way a barista would make a coffee kind of, ive had better, but the price is lower for sure! I placed a mobile order for a drink before work (I work on 5th) and for some reason the order never went through to the staff and I had to leave without my drink or else I'd be late. All smiles to seriously every customer, it's like its their job to make everyone smile coming through, its infectious! They remember the local faces and are so sweet to the new customers alike. Well, The first time I came here (April 2019/In the Evening), I ordered a brownie with a large water...an employee named Thomas was busy talking to a 'customer' while casually performing dance moves and talking gossip while taking 7 minutes to make her 2 drinks for said customer. After I called him out (and ate my brownie), I finally recieved my almost 8 minute Ice Water. Today, I come in and it appears to be a steady morning, Aaron behind the register was efficient & friendly, the line was moving quick. However, once I ordered my drink, I watched an older woman make a few drinks and then walk away from her station to take out a large garbage/cardboard bin FROM THE BACKROOM?!...yet there was still a lobby full of patrons that I was certain had not recieved their drinks. Great convenient location located in downtown Naples. My husband and I stopped in while walking around town during the holidays which is a very busy time. Unfortunately, one of the restrooms was closed down, the credit card machine was not working, and they only had 1 type of hot tea available. It was very early in the evening just after 6:30pm and there were also very limited options for munchies (2 cake pops and 1 muffin). Staff is amazing: they are very professional, super friendly to their customers and the best - they know their regular guests and as a regular guest you get your favorite drink before you have the chance to ask for it. Perfect customer service! We love it!!! They also ask for refill (you have to be gold member) while you are working on your computer. Excellent! Yes , I am definitely a Starbucks fan. I've been to my fair share in many locations. This Starbucks has a nice inside layout and large outside seating area. Service was extremely friendly and prompt. I like my Starbucks fast and consistent and this location did not disappoint. Taking one star away for the heinous restroom situation, I get the feeling that many people use the Starbucks bathroom as a public restroom in downtown Naples . I could not get out of there fast enough. My advice, enjoy your cup of coffee but use the bathroom at home! read more

First, we had to wait while what I assume was a barista on break chatted up the person at the register. I thought maybe it was because the folks working were younger/less experienced, but a Coffee Master with an embroidered name ought to have better interpersonal skills (and should listen to the actual order). The person who took our group order, Jeff, neglected to tell us of the special that was happening currently of buying 3 frapuccinos and receiving a 4th free. After asking a server about it, he turned around and rudely said that we would have needed to order all 4 upfront and then one would have been free. This is equivalent to buying 3 and getting a 4th free. Due to this attitude and the fact that we were given a small frapuccino free when we ordered 3 Grandes and should have received the 4th at a Grande size, I will not be returning. I love that Starbucks is to consistent with their beverages and comfortable to sit for long periods of time to study. One thing that I just have to say and this is all across the board at ALL starbucks: The employees behind the counter are too LOUD. I hate to be the grumpy customer but it seems that when I go to study for long periods of time I spend that time listening to the loud conversations of the employees behind the counter. I really am not interested in thier personal lives or their goofying off. I would encourage management to do some training on how to have better customer service in this area and more professional in conversation while in the shop. read more

I love it here. The drinks are so good and I really like the long table in the middle to sit down in. I highly recommend getting the vanilla bean cream and the buttered popcorn. It is the best. I'm here to state a complaint about a horrific experience that took place at Starbucks today. Where do I start? Okay. So, it started with an excruciatingly long and dreadful line. The floors were musky and the shelves were flimsy. Because the line was so long, I decided to use the bathroom but boy oh boy was that an unfortunate outcome! The walls were a pale yellow with spots of brown (we all know that wasn't coffee) and the toilet bowl was simply overflowing with bodily fluids! The toilet and all of the substances inside came spilling out on my brand new sneakers! What a disgrace! I frantically evacuated this mockery of a lavatory! A bathroom should be a pleasant experience where the customer can feel safe and able to let everything flow right out! Unfortunately, this was not the case. After this unfortunate event, we sprinted back to line to discover a huge bag of beans of coffee about to fall! but... there was no time! Pounds of beans spilled onto my head and got tangled into my divots of my hair. I squealed angrily but the baristas just chuckled. Finally got up the the counter and ordered our very berry refresher. A buff young fellow clumsily took our order and we ran to the back of the cafe to wait. -30 minutes later- the whole store had cleared out and our precious $7 beverage was nowhere to be found! we anxiously waited with no end in sight until a moody, angsty young woman asked us in a snarky tone what we were waiting for. We replied and she forced us to repeat our entire order before whipping it up taking her good ol' time! So... THEY FORGOT OUR STINKIN DRINK!! Pitiful if you ask me. Never going back there. Very convenient location on 5th Ave near the beach in downtown Naples. The lines are a little long as you'll find at all Starbucks locations but the coffee is definitely worth the wait. I'm a daily starbucks customer but have only been to this one the past few days while on vacation. The store is nice and up until today, no issues. Today however was a different story. Not overly busy, but very steady. After placing my order for coffee and a cold drink, I took my coffee and went to the end of the bar to wait for the iced coffee drink order. While watching the barista at work (Randy) I noticed she appeared to not be having a very good day. Nothing close to a smile, semi slammed down each drink as she finished without a mention as to whose it was. She then left the area for several minutes to accept a delivery of items. Never considered having anyone fill in for her while she was gone. Another younger guy was working the iced drinks and had a stack about 10-12 high and asked Randy if the drinks were top to bottom or bottom to top. She said "I don't know and don't care". Bob was another guest who like me had waited well in excess of 10 minutes for our cold drinks and he said he did care. I asked Randy (who by the way was wearing the managers name tag, which means giving Kiera (I think) a bad name) who was helping her with her attitude today and she was nothing but unpleasant and said she didn't do anything. When I mentioned we had watched her with the drinks and heard what she said about the order of cold drinks, she half a...ed said she was sorry, but went about having her bad day.
