It didn't help that they were sending people to the self checkout that didn't want to use it and when they used it, they needed assistance from the only employee behind the counter. Every customer in front of me just seemed to lack every concept of how to complete a transaction in a store. I finally get to the counter, was kind of directed to the self checkout, but I was like, nope, I need something from behind you. I had to tell the employee several times what it was, I think on the third try it was the right item. I understand she was flustered, but you could have completed your tasks with anything faster than the speed of a sloth.

If he was the owner I'd stop going there on principle. Five stars if he isn't the one ringing me up, the other staff is absolutely lovely.
