I reminded her that I was there first and she just looked at me like a dear in the headlights. Then she made me repeat everything I had just typed in to the tablet so she could type it in to the computer. If you don't want us to use the tablets, don't have them. It was rude not to help me first as I had been waiting longer. Is there any customer service training here because each time I go in the interactions get stranger and stranger. I have a feeling Costco doesn't have this problem.
