The Indian guy working in there is pretty unfriendly. Was going to go in and check out the differences between the US 7/11 v.s. Asia's 7/11. The Indian staff got very unfriendly with me started following me saying that I can't take pictures asking why I am taking pictures. Well, now we know the differences.

a gas pump at a gas station

Trying to pump gas that I paid inside with my card and I'm guessing the transaction was canceled, the last says I have to pay quick or its going to cancel out outside, it's slways one thing or another in this 7/11 it would be a big help if everyone that worked inside was properly trained, I ask questions that no one ever seems to have the answers to, I hope I font get double charged when I leave the pump that I had to try and use again but now outside

Wow! Where to begin? Let's stay as positive as possible. People are nice and it's in a convenient location. Close to freeway 5 & 405. Parking is a little tricky but only because if location of gas pumps. It's just not very clean inside. That's my biggest issue with this place. The floors are the worst and probably what makes this place look so dirty. The restroom wasn't very clean either. I think if they addressed floors and cleaned walls in bathroom (and floors) it would make the entire place look cleaner. But I still come to use ATM and grab some water because it's close to freeway.

I especially loved their raspberry croissant, which was sweet and filled with a yummy raspberry jam. I've never had anything like it, so interesting! My friend ordered the coffee flight and I had a hot matcha latte. We loved the variety in the coffee flight and the matcha was very smooth and tasty. This cafe is very clean and their menu items are beautifully presented. It's clear that a lot of love goes into everything. I'm excited to come back!

They're located right off of a major freeway, so in terms of location, I thought it was convenient! Parking was easy and no issues, even in a weekend! Woohoo! Didn't want anything too sweet, so the barista recommended the Oat Vanilla Latte. I will say that I was surprised and disappointed when I asked for my drink to be extra hot, and the staff worker said they were unable to do that. Unfortunately, that was enough for me to be turned off, cause sure enough, as soon as I got my drink, it was hot, but not as hot as I would like my hot drink especially on a cold day. And for the cost, not sure I would come back. It's definitely cute inside, and a great place to meet up with friends or for a day date, but other than that, not sure I'd pay that much for a not so hot drink. Next time, I'll try an iced one!

It's a small boba tea shop with a simple, clean interior (which I actually love--it's not overly decorated or cluttered). It's a great little place to meet up with friends and just hang out. Service is quick and easy. You can order online for pickup or use their kiosk in-store. The staff is friendly and always greets you when you walk in, which makes the experience even better. Now the drinks... SO good. I got the passion fruit peach green tea, and my husband got the pineapple green tea. Both were super light, refreshing, and not overly sweet at all--which we really appreciated. Honestly, we finished them wishing we had ordered more. Safe to say I'll definitely be a regular here. Highly recommend giving this place a try--it's 100% worth it!!

Really appreciate their fruit tea selection since that's my go-to drink. They even put the quantity of fruit they use in each drink (e.g., 1 peach, 40 blackberries) Passion Peach tea is so good! It's excellent quality and made with real fruit. I recommend starting at 50% sugar if you like drinks to be less sweet, then work your way down from there. Blackberry Rock is also delicious and would be a hit for oolong lovers. Keep in mind they put around 40 blackberries inside so you'll be crunching lots of seeds (I wish they would remove about half the seeds). 50% is a little bitter to start with, so I recommend starting a step above. Also hope they'll use bigger ice cubes - the small aerated cubes melt too fast. Was really disappointed by their topping selection, It's really bold to only have 4 options, but as I mentioned, for those who don't care for toppings or get the classic boba each time you're fine. Service is fine. They're quick and focus more on making drinks than taking orders (plenty of iPads to order on, can flag them down if you need help/have questions and they're nice about it) and there's a fair amount of seating inside. Maybe not the best for studying due to lack of space, but okay for short and small social gatherings. Lack of topping options would be the reason HN Tea won't make it into my OC favorites, but I will return when I'm around Spectrum and craving tea without toppings.

The Thai tea had that rich, creamy tea taste with the perfect amount of sweetness, and the brown sugar boba added a warm caramel-like flavor that made it even better. The strawberry matcha boba was super refreshing. The strawberry added a sweet fruity layer that balanced the earthy matcha really well, and it wasn't overly sweet. The boba itself was soft and chewy, exactly how it should be. Both drinks felt really well balanced and not watered down, which is always a win. If you like classic milk teas or fun matcha combos, these are definitely worth trying.

I was fooled by that as well as the pictures (of non fruity drinks) and reviews... Actually the second worst teas I've ever had in my 15+ years of drinking boba. The quality of the tea is terrible and the fruit used doesn't taste or look fresh at all. I tried the strawberry green tea and the lychee green teas. The lychee tea I threw away after one sip, the strawberry tea I struggled with and couldn't finish either. !!!! Take a look at pictures people post of the strawberry green - it looks brown with a few chunks of soggy fruit. Let me tell you it tastes the way it looks. Anywhere else the same drink is naturally red with fresh fruit. I've also tried other fruit teas multiple times across several years since they opened in case I came on bad days. It was just as bad a week ago as it was when they first opened...Never spending a single penny more here. Perhaps the milk teas are decent, but I honestly don't know how they could be when the fruit teas are such a miss...

It had the perfect level of crunch and flakiness to it while maintaining a consistent pistachio filling. Best part is that the pistachio wasn't overwhelming and did not overtake the whole croissant. The workers were nice and friendly and the experience overall was great! Will be coming back when I'm in the area.

WHY DOES THIS BAKERY HAVE A 4.5+ RATING?…read more This is our first visit. Clearly the pastries are a very high level of quality and french cuisine. We had breakfast - an omelette, some bacon and lamb sausage, potatoes, and a cappuccino. we also had some pastries. All excellently prepared. We're going to try something else besides the omelette next time...it was OK but not "out of the park" so we'll try something else next week. Service - after we ordered at the counter our food was delivered to the table which are all located outside on a well-shaded patio. We always split our dishes - my wife and I can't eat an entire plate of food. It's not "table service" - they don't come back and check you or help with water or drinks, etc. Whatever you want you must return to the counter. But service at the counter is very friendly and helpful. The ambiance is an outdoor cafe....noisy neighbors, wind when it blows, dogs, all the regular stuff - good seating and umbrellas with some areas naturally shaded...lots of tables relative to the size of the shop. Very friendly staff. Why do my reviews get over 1,000 views every time we visit a new place? We don't know but it seems consistent. We feature very critical reviews - we rate high but include serious critiques. Maybe that's it.

The side salad that accompanied the plates was a fresh, tasty touch that I really enjoyed. For my drink, I went with a Matcha with oat milk--while you can't control the sweetness level here, it was still a very enjoyable cup. There is indoor and outdoor seating - we sat outside and enjoyed the greenery. That being said, there were two specific areas where I think they could improve, especially given the premium price point ($18 for the Tamago and $15 for the Pork): * The "Soft" Boiled Egg: The Tamago sandwich is supposed to feature a soft-boiled egg, but mine was definitely hard-boiled. It was a bit of a miss on the execution for an $18 sandwich. * Service Timing: The Pork sandwich arrived well before the Tamago. Since the Pork is a warm sandwich, I had to choose between eating ahead of my party or letting the food get cold while waiting 5 minutes for the second plate. It would be great to see better coordination so all mains arrive together. Bottom line: The flavors are definitely there and the quality is high. I'd certainly come back to try more of the menu, though perhaps as an occasional treat rather than a regular spot.

The bakery items and drinks at Brio brio are a must try!…read more Some of the pastries lean on the sweet side, but my favorite is the lemon brioche. The matcha is a bit expensive, but it is rich, earthy and creamy - you can definitely taste the quality. (I run here when they have occasional matcha discounts) Other honorable mentions include the teriyaki pork sandwich and cold brew coffee - which I think is from Mameya. Beware that it gets insanely busy during the lunch hour, even on random weekdays. The online ordering system and baked goods pre-order is extremely helpful, since the pastries often get sold out before noon.
