Sausage and egg empanada and pure leaf lemon brewed tea plus receipt

Here's what I bought on the go and got this instead. Wrong empanada that was given. Disappointed at whoever was the cashier this morning.

How long do you guys keep a hotdog in the warmer?? 2... 3.... FUCKIN days?? Tried to call the business but I guess you MF's don't like talking to customers... Your line been busy for hours

7-11 here is so much better than on the mainland. They have bacon, egg, and cheese hash browns?!?! All the buns you desire, musubi, onigiri, everything!!! Get your gas, snacks, and you're good to go.

7-11 is actually Japanese owned by the parent company Seven & I . The convenient stores in Japan actually have a more extensive inventory of things to sell. What sets 7-11 apart from other convenient stores? 24 hour access? That's a plus, Decent prices? Maybe.... Great selection? Not really. Friendly staff? Not really again. Always have a fresh pot of coffee made in the morning? That should be standard. . A serve yourself soda fountain that allows sip stealers to steal sips of cherry coke and then fill it up to the rim again : ) ? Getting warmer. It really is in the corporate by-laws regarding the food products....specifically the chili rules. It states that by and large any item purchased at one of their franchised 7-11 stores shall be wholly or in part smothered with unlimited amounts of chili on said item at no additional cost to the customer. In other words you want to buy a manapua and put chili on it ...Knock yourself out! You want to purchase a fresh pastry and pour chili on that? Go for it.! You decide you want to buy a newspaper and put chili on the sports section since the Miami Heat lost NBA Championship? A little strange and overboard and you may have crossed the line..... read a little further because the fine print states that unlimited amounts of chili may be put on food items : ) So how does this benefit you? I am glad you asked. It goes great on 2 items ... yes conspicuously on a hot dog... you may put unlimited amounts of chili or cheese to make one of the most popular American meals. The other less conspicuous meal is the bag of Frito Lay potato chips. You can fill up to the rim of the bag with their high caloric high fat content high sodium chili and go to your car and enjoy. It really is a great meal for only $1.59 plus tax... they do not charge you extra for the chili ! you can also put unlimited cheese but I am still waiting for FDA approval on their cheese and I choose to forgo it for this reason. The other part is there soda fountain allows us sip stealers to make a cherry or vanilla coke to wash down our chli chip concoction. I have a craving for this about once a year....that's probably all my arteries can handle. To this I say "Oh thank heaven"http://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=HdRtnzJd17sjJnLAZHnh7w&select=BDHKLKdABEyKoGrkO5JI_g Quick Tip: do not open the bag from the top.... It is hard to fill it up because the bag is tall. 7-11 has individually sealed plastic serrated knifes that you can slice open the bag horizontally and easily fill the frito bag with chili..... and enjoy.

She is so personable and a joy to speak with. She offers inexpensive breakfast bentos featuring white or fried rice, a fried egg and pieces of Portuguese sausage, bacon or frankfurter. The meat varies. It used to sell for $3 but now costs $4.50 (I think). It's still a deal and the containers are great! (We use them to hold leftovers.) During lunch she sets up an array of entrees ... Honey Walnut shrimp, Beef with Vegetables, Meat Jun, Spicy Chicken, Choi Sum, Vegetable Pancake ... the selection varies by day and she offers two or three starches. A two-choice plate ($9.75) comes with a choice of white rice, fried rice or noodles. You have to go early; she can run out of food by 12:30pm. I usually choose one chicken dish and a vegetable with fried rice or noodles. A co-worker always gets the Honey-Walnut shrimp. It's hard to find a better deal in a plate lunch in downtown Honolulu. Her drinks are "the deal", $1.25, $1.50 and $1.75, for large, larger and humongous. Add in the personable service and you have a winner! Hey, stay away, we don't want any more competition for her food. Highly recommended!

If you know what the cost of living in Hawaii is like, you know that produce, well, practically everything for that matter, is expensive. What caught my eye was the fresh sliced fruit in individual containers. If you buy fresh fruit, you know that prices can be ridiculous. The prices of their freshly sliced fruit are very reasonable and the portions are generous. The plastic containers are packed to the brim. Pioneer Pantry has become my go-to spot for fresh-sliced fruit. They also serve hot lunch items like spicy chicken, tofu, and noodles. There's a good variety of snacks such as chips, candy, and soda. Customer service is excellent and they accept mobile payment like Apple Pay and PayPal.

Bonus, you get those musubi hot & fresh, if you don't see them on counter or the musubi you want is not available in egg with spam or just spam, only 2 varieties, mom or pop will make it right there for you. @$2.00 for spam only and I believe $2.45 for egg with spam. Located at Kukui Plaza tucked away in the back, you will have to walk pass few shops, to see the handwritten sign of " Best Musubi in Hawaii" posted on the door. Although there are bentos available & other goodies, I am mostly here for the delicious musubi. Why so good? My opinion, lets start with spam, perfectly cooked, with secret sauce, love the umami taste while I took my first bite, and the rice is hot & moist, not watery & not premium rice but it is still good, along with the nori. I loved everything about this musubi. Great spam to rice ratio. The only thing that I need is some of my chili spices! Mom & Pop is super friendly, I remember asking how many musubi's they sell a day and owner mentioned they make and sell over 100 a day. I usually park quick at the loading zone of Kukui Plaza, let the security know and walk over real quick to load up on my musubi(s). Don't forget cash only! Recommend, check it out and get your musubi fix or a quick and convenient lunch!

Every time I walk inside, there's a strong, unpleasant odor that smells like sewage or fecal matter. It's consistent enough that it doesn't feel like a one-off issue--it's something you notice immediately when you enter the store. At times it seems stronger in certain areas, which makes me wonder if it's coming from plumbing, floor drains, or possibly even outside air getting pulled in. What's frustrating is that this location used to feel like one of the better-run stores on the island. Now, the overall impression is very different. Even if the shelves are stocked and the staff is doing their job, the environment itself really affects the experience of shopping there. What stands out is the comparison with nearby stores like Safeway, which don't seem to have the same issue, even though they serve the same general area. That contrast makes the problem at this location even more noticeable. I hope management takes a serious look at it, because this doesn't feel like a minor cleanliness issue--it feels like an infrastructure or maintenance problem that's been left unresolved for too long. It's a shame, because the store has a lot of potential and used to be a go-to spot.
