This is the 7-11 Store at Industrial Blvd x Hwy 92, in the Hayward Industrial Business Park. When it opened back in 2015, I thought what a great idea! A 7-11, Starbucks, and a Subway shop all in one spot. I know this 7-11 is really nice for the people who live out there because there's no stores in that area. The problem is it's not always open late. I was there after 1030pm, and the clerk said he's closed for cleaning. Another problem is alot of the hot foods aren't fresh. One night the clerk tried to sell me a whole pizza for $5.00. It looked like it had been sitting there all day. So I mainly shop here in the daytime. Just grab something and that's it. The parking lot can get full with all the other stores there. read more

I got me a big gulp with orchata Today 12:48 pm Got charge $3.99 I ask why so expensive She say I got ice coffee I told her no these is orchata I say you want to smell it? She say no Now ok I give her a 5 dollar bill she still charge me $3.99. I ask her why she say the cup is in a back order so now the cup cost $2.50. And my drink. $1.49. I ask for a recip she say if you can wait I need to help the next few customers and the she say she can not go back and print something is already done I got super mad but I dont want to fight. Had a bad experience today at this store. First off I was thirsty for the iced mocha and once again the machine was empty. Not sure why they can't fill it or have a back up. The main issue was the sorry excuse of the guy at the register. Im a regular at this place and this was my first experience with Prap I believe was his name. I was purchasing other items with a 7-11 gift card and he couldn't figure out how to scan it. He kept running it thru the credit card machine as credit and telling me its declined, well duh its not a credit card. He then just looks at me saying" its no good" . I just checked the balance and it has $10.00 on it. I should've just left but my kid wanted his goodies so I paid with cash just to get out of the store.The manager really needs to put this guy somewhere in the back not up front with customers. Came in because my niece wanted a slurpee. They keep all the cups for slurpees / iced coffees / big gulps behind the counter and you have to ask for it. It was such an inconvenience because it made out quick trip a 15 minute trip. We had to wait for everyone to pay for their stuff before we were able to tell the cashier we needed a slurpee cup. We got the slurpee then had to wait in line again to pay. Good for them that they're busy and trying to stop the spread of germs. Just wished there was a sign somewhere when you enter the store about the cups situation before we head to the machines. read more

I come here ALL the time cause ain't work nearby, I went in today to get a big gulp. I double cupped my drink because it's too cold on my hands. The older woman working at the register tells me I have to pay for two cups I say that's fine then she tells me again. I say ok it's only $.79. She starts talking about a barcode on the cup or something by this point I just want to oh and leave, she continues on I tell her I'll just toss the cup because I'm annoyed now she says no. I tell her it's unsanitary to try and sell that cup and she tells me that's her business not mine. Maybe she was having a bad day or something but if I'm spending money then it's my business also. The old guy thay works in the morning needs to learn proper hygiene. Uses the same glove to grab the food, then without taking it off, handles the money. When asked about it, he claims its a new pair of gloves even though its ripped. Then helps the next guy with the same pair of gloves. Its my bad for ordering food from an American 7-11. This dude practices bad customer service traits. Besides closing the store ten minutes early on a consistent basis, he rudely starts yelling out how many minutes till the store closes. Closes early, so he can go out and suck on a cancer stick. This last visit, he was on his way to lock the door (11:53pm) and a customer came through the door before he could get it locked. He stands infront of the customer, and like a NFL referee signaling an incomplete pass, starts waving his hands in the air and telling tge customer "were closed". Instead of being rude to customers and trying to close the store early so you can tackle your nicotine withdrawl, how about going back and mopping up that never ending sticky mess on the floor, iinfront of the Slurpee machine. My 19 yrs. old daughter came in to the store to buy an ice cream after work around 9-9:30pm. While she was paying for her ice cream the cashier told her that if she also wanted condoms with that not sure if he was trying to be rudely funny but my daughter felt uncomfortable and just answer no then he proceeded to ask her where she was coming from she said work then ask he took his time charging her, he asked where she worked she said the mall and then he asked which mall at that point my daughter just walked away feeling scared, harassed and sexually hounded. Not to be racists or to be disrespectful to the culture but Indian men working at this establishments think they can disrespect women as they please. So sad that this still is happening in our society. The only thing I can teach my daughter is to speak up and send to hell who ever doesn't treat her as the lady she is. read more

This store does not have good customer service in fact I'm not sure they actually want anyone to buy their stuff at all. Both of their credit card check out machines are broken and they don't seem that interested in fixing them. They're treating us like we're bad and there are none too helpful. I'll give them this: their food is cold and fresh. But they're not friendly and it's not like it's easy or even physically possible to buy their food. They Even said the machines are broken. They know that their machines are broken and they're still forcing us to use them they are probably trying to do a credit card scam with all the swipes. read more

This 7 eleven def comes in handy for essentials like gum, my insatiable craving for original flavored Altoid smalls mints, and the occasional Red Bull cranberry. I sometimes will grab 2 for 1 bananas as well. Stay clear of this place after dark, as you'll probably encounter some creepy crawlies. read more

My favorite neighborhood 7-Eleven. I was happy when they put this here a few years back. Very convenient location in a niche part of town.

I looked in the display case of taquitos and the steak section was empty so I asked the guy how long will it take for the steak taquitos. The guy told me it's ready, and pointed to the taquitos in the chicken section and said that's steak. I was unsure so I questioned it and he picked it up, looked at it and said this is steak so I trusted his word for it, paid and drove away. When I was driving, I bit into it, it was chicken. Wow, how hard was it to heat up some steak taquitos or just tell me you're out so I'll be on my way. They'll do anything to make a sale, smh! read more

This is one great 7-11 branch. Everything you ever need for breakfast is pretty much here specially from hot dogs to chicken wings is here. It's usually busy here specially early in the morning, it's those finicky customers are always complaining because they can't get their way so they give this branch a negative review. worst seven eleven i've been to. Most of the time I work long 12 hr shifts for security and always stop at 7-11 for snacks prior to shifts, yesterday i decided to betray my usual spot and head to this one, worst mistake ever. First the man cooking the hot foods, drops the taquitos on the floor, and instead of cleaning it up, he start cursing in spanish OUTLOUD! he then picks up some of the floor to throw them out, with the same glove he has in his hand to cook with, and proceeds to keep cooking the clean ones. Second the look this guy gave me, i'm a Female, and i'm aware my security uniform makes my curves stand out, but this man was waaay to obvios staring at me, making me feel uncomfortable. Third, idk if he gives "hook ups" to his friends, cause two male came in store, grabbed their food, heated it up, and walked out....without paying! The vibes these people running the store made me feel dirty. sorry, but this has been my worst experience being a loyal 7eleven customer. read more
