The prices here are almost 3x more than next door at Dollar Tree. Very bad selection of vegan hot food, I think they might genuinely have 0 hot food options for vegans. Albertson's nearby has a better selection for alcohol. The store was cluttered and some sheves were inaccessible because stock is stacked up blocking them. The staff is fine. I don't know if it's just this store or the 711 corporate issue. 711 app advertise its app with "skip the line mobile checkout" But..skip the line? Mobile checkout? Hell no. When I showed the associate my mobile checkout "skip the line" confirmation screen, he still told me to get the line saying something like "it doesn't work like that" and that I am mistaken. I even showed him the receipt page witn all the transaction detail and stuff but he wad like 'Anybody could be showing whatevet and stealing' wtf? Had to pay again for my stuff. So after paying twice, there seems to be no way to get refund as 711 app is damn slow to respond to the support ticket and no direct refund request for mobile checkouts. Been in here a handful of times and the food I can't receive but the service and ambiance is like any other 7 Eleven above average.

This is a review based on my last run here... I was at the 99c store a few meters away trying to find word search puzzle books for my stepdad, but for some odd reason, they were out. And that's how I ended up here: next option was to get him some scratchers (back story: he has Alzheimer's Dementia, and next to word searching, it's still one of few things he likes to spend time on.) It was a quick stop, but worthy enough of a review. It was a mid-afternoon stop and there was no one in but me. Floors are clean, didn't really see any clutter and the scratchers were easy to find. Service with a smile is always a plus. Good first run. It's really convenient, most especially when I couldn't find what I needed at the store prior. It's on my radar now! read more

Don't bother trying to cash-in your winning lottery tickets here. As a lottery retailer, they're supposed to honor payouts up to $599 winning tickets. This place just straight-up refused. The guy behind the counter told me that in need to go find a Lottery store to cash-in lottery tickets. That's not right. Businesses want to get their commission off people's jackpots but they don't honor paying the smaller winnings. Foul. I will never step foot in this establishment, again, and I will ensure my family and friends do not patronize this business, either. read more

Was here for 5 mins before be harassed--see photo attached of this employee--was approached at the slurpee dispenser and male subject asked me if I was going to purchase anything (had a beverage and snack in hand)stated this to employee--male subject then tells me that I had been the store for 20 mins (false statement) again was in the business for 5 mins--advised male subject and his response was that I was out outside for a long time(being outside of a business looking at your phone is not a crime) I then asl for the store mgr--subject would not disclose--male subject then threatens to call the police -- so now first thing come morning -- I will be getting w the state attached photo--store mgr and 7-eleven corporation along w my attorney-- prior to this I was accused of swiping 2 rollers. If I could give this 7/11 anything lower than zero stars, I would! If you're brown or any other shade that's not light colored you will be treated as if you had committed a crime without even doing anything wrong!! White lady at register, without reason, demanded my son, who is brown and a minor, leave the store. When he questioned her as to why she called the manager and the manager said because he had been there earlier in the week. Yes, he had had been at the store to get a bag of chips one day and a slushy another day, which by the way were paid for because I gave him the money to purchase. Will not be returning to this store! Much less will not be using Amazon lockers for delivery at this location, though it was convenient since we live within walking distance and there are times when we're not home to accept deliveries. read more

I don't get why a 7-11 get low reviews. But anyways this is a small store with your essentials and it always has fresh pastries. The cashiers are really lovely. I usually get a small slurpee or a coffee or pick up something from amazon. My only complaint is that the coffee can be very acidic depending on the type. The only one that seems to work for me is the hazelnut one. the iced coffee has too much sugar so I tend to a avoid it. It seems weird to review a 7-Eleven, but I just wanted to give a shout out to the guy working at this one. He actually made fresh iced tea when I let him know they were out. You'd be surprised at how many locations I've been where the dude at the counter just gave me a slack-jawed look and didn't say anything until I asked him if he was going to make more. Up until this location, the answer was always no. Not sure why that is. You just pop open a pre-portioned pack of tea and press a button on the brewer. Simple, yet so many locations just don't give a shit. I don't go to those locations anymore. Other than that, it's a 7-Eleven. You know the deal. Get the app if you go a lot. New 7-11 near by the recently opened its in the plaza with the 99 cents store. The place is clean and nice and since it's located in the plaza there is good amount parking the parking spots in front of the store are limited to 10 minutes. Overall a nice new store. Never coming to this 7-Eleven again. I stopped by this 7-Eleven with my grandmother because she enjoys buying scratchers. There were two cashiers and one of the cashiers was already busy with someone when we walked in, so the other came over to attend us. I was completely disgusted to see the cashier with the young lady showing no interest in helping her out as she kept mentioning to him that the screen to enter her rewards number was not working. After letting him know that there was a problem with the screen 3 times, she asked if he could manually put in her number and he just shrugged with an annoyed look on his face and suggested that she just "save her points for later." He went as far as to tell her that "girls like her with her nails always had problems with the screen." she was using her knuckles to tap the screen so that comment was completely unnecessary. The cashier attending us, kept asking us what scratchers we wanted about every 3 seconds while I was trying to dictate to my grandma what scratchers they currently had. It took us no more than 1 minute to pick out her scratchers and the cashier kept rushing us, at which point I had to firmly tell her that I'd appreciate a few seconds to figure out what scratchers we were going to get. Fair to note that there was nobody else in the store who needed their help at the moment. Once we got what we needed and the young lady gave up on trying to redeem her points with no help from the cashier whatsoever, the two cashiers walked to the back and started talking bad about their customers. I don't normally leave reviews for stores, especially negative ones, but this one was something else. Go elsewhere if you can. :) read more

Whaaaaattttt???? A shiny new 7-Eleven in a shiny new building on a newly shined corner???? First off, rest in peace Mobil station that was here for literally decades. Let us have a moment of silence for that, it definitely deserves it. Now that we have that out of the way, on to the review... As mentioned, this is a new-from-scratch retail building. After taking forever and a half to get finished, it has come out quite nicely I have to say! Anchor tenant #1 is a good ol' 7-Eleven. A slight bit surprising, given the number of convenience stores around here, but it's a decently traveled thoroughfare here so it should do ok. One thing to note is its odd in appearance as the front windows are minimal in size compared to the square footage of the store. Just a narrow peek in is all you get from the outside. From the street side, there are NO windows at all??? Of course once inside, everything is bright and shiny and new, and spacious enough to get your convenience store shopping game on. Again, new means fully stocked and super clean, and hopefully it stays this way! In any case, this is a convenient spot since the liguor store next door isn't open at night, and some of the turns into the am/pm down the street are illegal, making it inaccessible from some directions. Attempting to purchase things at the 76 across the street is hopeless, so this is definitely a great neighborhood alternative. read more

Never had an issue there until tonight. The young man sitting decided to snap back at me and said "If your rude to me, I'll be rude right back to you, you get rudeness." I walked in, I was going to get a hot dog, but looked to see 2 old dried up links on the grill turning. I asked this young man how much as a case of water he said $5 to $6 bucks. I said dang that's expensive. Just a comment. He put his head back down into his phone watching T.V. laughing on his phone. after looking around. I said "Thank you for the Customer Service" He smarts mouth off and said, "What do you want me to do carry the water for your?!" I said, No. The customer service did suck, because he definitely did not try to up sale me or say "Ma'am we have more waters in the back on sale, if your interested. His comment was "If your rude, you get rudeness back. I said "Kindness is easy it's not hard. I wasn't rude to you" It was the truth. Here lately, you hear about works getting shot, killed and robbed at 7/11 and he had his head down in his phone watching a t.v. show. Last I checked I'm sure 7/11 do not pay you to watch t.v. in front of customers. When your facility first opened the workers was nice, but tonight he was a real jerk. It's o.k. he should continue to watch his t.v. and when someone comes in at gun point on him, he'll wish he was doing his job instead of getting held up. So sad read more

Very clean and well stocked. The customer service at this store is outstanding compared to the other stores around the area. This will be my #1 stop from now on. I met the owner, Andrei, who told me that if I didn't see an item I was looking for, to let him know and he'd be happy to try his best to order it for me. WOW! That's awesome customer service. Went to the opening day celebration at this store as I received a mailer which advertised free coffee or fountain beverage on opening day. It was 6:00 PM and after getting my drink, I went to register and the cashier said "oh, sorry, the free offer ended at 4:00 PM". There were no signs posted nor was it mentioned on the mailer. The cashier was not nice and my friend and I turned in our drinks back because they were going to charge us. Cashier guy said we should have asked first. Ridiculous and bad customers service for not giving us the drinks as advertised - all he could do was dump them anyway. Since when does anyone go to 7-11 and ask about the drinks before going to the self serve fountain?
