Not sure if it's incompetent or laziness but I guess asking for "4 mega million tickets, one line each" is too hard for the employees to understand. I get one ticket with 4 lines instead. I even told the employee to just do one quick pick and print. Then just do that 3 more times. His face was like, "dude, I don't care and I'm going to play dumb because I don't want to do this for you". If I were you don't use your card at the pump. I had 2 credit cards compromised here recently because they were at the time cheaper then other gas stations in the area. My cards were used at other gas stations several days later. If you go on nextdoor dozen of other people were victims as well. Apparently nothing has been done about it, cops said they took care of it. But why was my card still compromised? I only used one of my 2 cards at this 7-11 so I know it was this place for sure. read more

Store is dirty, sticky floors, extremely rude staff. Boxes everywhere. Use your dollars elsewhere it is not worth allowing this place to stay in business. Also they will refuse to make food items, when they don't feel like throwing somthing in a toster oven for 5 minutes due to plain laziness. Been here several times always been bad but the last 3 times were horrible experinces where staff was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. This place is dirty. I used to get gas here and put up with the sticky concrete because it was close. Now that my debit card has been hacked by the guy that works there I am done. There was no skimmer on the machine because I checked and now I have two charges from an Exxon gas station in Hayward and another one from a gas station on Harder road. Very unprofessional store; I was being rang up, put in my REWARDS phone number and got a redeemable coupon "save $1" the store employee ignored ,it told me to wait a second, but instead left me unattended and decided to start a mobile order. Don't use their air pump, It says you can use cash and a card. However, when I tried to insert cash it won't accept it, so I had to use my card and they charged me $20!!! $20 for a fucking air???! These guys were really awesome. I notice they were very accommodating to another customer who I was in line with. She went to the counter just ahead of me and they had issues with their network. Instead of holding her up they were so nice. They said don't worry about it and kindly gave her the items she purchased. She may have already been a regular customer. I'm not sure about that. I came in before work in the evening and since I didn't have lunch for work I went in to grab some snacks. I grabbed a juice a bag a chips and asked for 4 Taquitos, when I payed an picked up the bag with the taquitos it only had 3..he tried to tell me that I had only asked for one of each so he gave me 3...we got into an argument cuz I knew what I had asked for but no he wanted to keep going, in the end I was like I don't want them. He refunded me an I left. NEXT DAY I look at my account an he had charged me again for another 3 Taquitos and refunded me back from those an not originally back from what I had already paid for. I went back and I told him and get this..he was like I don't know what yur talking about but here.. and he handed me the exact amount of money he double charged me for like he knew what he did an smiled. Pretty much tried to play me even though it wasn't a lot the fact and the nerve of him charging me again and refunding me back to back shows his level of customer service. An because I knew that, after that argument I had to go back.. TIP when yu leave check yur account to make sure yu get charged right, since I had to go out my way... This 7-Eleven has a Gas Station attached with this along with a Red Box DVD Kiosk outside to rent movies. I just stopped on by today to take advantage of their #FreeSlurpeeeDay because it's 7/11 day!! I just walked in and the guy near the Slurpee Machine /Counter I believe said hi, couldn't really understand him, it's like he was mumbling or something... I told him I was here to pick up a FREE Slurpee and he simply handed me a small 7-Eleven Slurpee cup and then he pointed to the machine. I went to the Slurpee Machine and started to begin to fill up my cup of Coca Cola flavored Slurpee. As I was about to begin to fill up my Slurpee he handed me a cap for my cup and then wandered off somewhere else in the store lol. Just filled my Slurpee cup and left the store. No complaints other than I could barely tell or understand what the guy at the counter was saying... This 7-Eleven always gets good business too because it has a Gas Station attached to it. I was at this 711 location this morning, in Fremont, Ca. The one on the corner of Fremont Blvd. and Decoto. When I left my house this morning I noticed my tire pressure was low. I drove to this 711 location because it is near my house. I pulled up to the air machine. It said it operated with credit card and or quarters only. I happened to have $1.50 in quarters exactly. I put my quarters in and nothing happened to the machine. I went inside, stood in line. I explained to the attendant what happened. He told me the machine didn't work. I said ok, and asked for my quarters back. He said, No. I was shocked. This machine says 711 on it, and is on the property. This machine had no sign or anything on it to say the machine was out of order. I pled my case and he still refused to give me my money back. He explained the machine was broken and that there used to be a sign on it. I told him that there is no sign now. He didn't care. I know it's only $1.50. But it's the principle, I put my money in and did not get the service provided. In my eyes, 711 not only wasted my time but also stole my money. I am very angry, I understand you may think that I'm wasting even more time writing this up. But what happened today is wrong. read more

I like this 7-11. I love the fact that during the busy coffee times they have a hired person just to take care of the coffee area. It is completely clean all the time. The only negative thing I would say is the cashier is always on the phone - even when he is checking out customers. You never know if he's talking to you or the person on the phone. read more

While we were looking for it he rudely clicks his tongue and tell us to hurry up as if there was anyone else in line. We weren't able to find the code so we ended up buying it as we already had filled the cups. If you look back at my last review, I have mentioned that they do not count the money correctly and claims otherwise. The cashier is usually chillin outside with a random hobo when there aren't customers inside. But when customers do come in, he runs back inside. I could see your job being boring but I don't think you should leave the register especially since this rare 711 includes a gas station. I don't particularly like this location because for the past week every time I go in to buy some fountain drinks they have run out. My friend and I keep asking the clerk when they will have drinks and they blame it on their shipment being missed. Avoid this location if you are going for the drinks. Beware! Credit Card Skimmers at all the pumps! This place may have the cheapest gas around, but not without some hidden costs! All their gas pumps have credit card skimmers. Look at the tamper stickers and wiggle the credit card reader and you'll be shocked to find that every gas pump has been tampered with. After going through the thrills of fraudulent credit card activity a couple times, I've been keeping my eyes wide, and this gas station has gone months without doing anything about their hacked pumps. I love 7-eleven coffee and I don't care who knows it. I typically just drink the regular 7- eleven brew, but have also enjoyed their 100% Colombian roast, Dark roast, and Energy brew. The coffee is always well stocked. I often buy my bottled water by the gallon, but they are often out of stock of their 7- eleven brand, that I love. My girls love their slurpees, but sometimes the machines are not in the best condition, and the flavors suck. I also have tried their jalapeno and cream cheese taquitos. Not too shabby. The place could use a good cleaning on the weekdays, but on the weekends, it smells of bleach, which I love. The staff is sometimes nice. It must be tough working early mornings, so I get that they can't always be sunshine and rainbows. However, the man with the blue eyes that works by the coffee is always nice to me. I wanted to buy 4 lottery tickets. I knew exactly what I wanted, so was not indecisive. There were 3 cashiers but only one of them was working, the others were just watching. The cashier told me to step aside so he can help real customers and that I was buying too many lottery tickets. I told him it was unfair and if there were 10 customers buying 1 item each, it was the same as if I was 1 customer buying 10 items. I am just mad and sad that after arguing with me, he sold me the lotto ticket. And now if I win, that awful 7-11 will get some of the profit (for selling me a lotto ticket with rude customer service). Wish I had just walked away. read more

BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION, I observed and very young black boy talking to his mom at the car as I was going into this store, I went in to pay for my gas, and the young boy came in and asked if he could top off his slupee with something else, the clerk yelled no, it will cost you, I stated, to go ahead, I would take car of the cost. The people at the front are always nice enough. They greet with a good morning as I head fro Coffee or water and a Naked Green Machine juice. Slurpees are always on point and the coffee is cheap and does the job. I tend to stay away from the premaid or the burrito stuff you gotta microwave.
