I stopped by this 7 Eleven near my wife aunt place to use my rewards. I had a TMobile Tuesday award for the large big glup and also a hot dog. So I came this morning to use it before it expires. I found parking easily when I came and there was no loitering people in the front. I asked the cashier if I could use both my rewards at once and he said yes. He went to prepare my hot dog and I went to fill up the large big glup cup with coca cola. You can put your own toppings on the hot dog but I didn't. I filled my soda up all the way to the top and it was delicious. The cashier just scanned by barcode on the 7 Eleven app and that was it. My hot dog was alright and I loved my soda. Had an issue with a pump charging and not pumping fuel. The employee said it had worked properly and there was nothing they could do. The owner came in and attempted to blame me for the issues. Apparently I had ruined her Saturday (her words) and it was my fault for not reaching out to my bank before expecting the business to look into it? Finally she accuse me of throwing coffee. Of course I asked to see the video as that never transpired. I think it's a "cultural" way of negotiating. Accuse someone of childish behavior to deflect from your shortcomings... Businesses that engage manipulative or dishonest tactics never do as well as the honest hard working ones. My hope is that people reading this choose another location where the profits go to people willing to earn them without lying. Smh. read more

Customer service is pretty good at this location. This is the 7-11 store/gas station near Fremont blvd x Delaware Drive in Fremont. I went in just to grab an iced coffee. The dispenser is low, so I settle for a medium cup. I go up to the register, and the cashier and his friend are discussing a deal or something. So I wait and wait. Finally, I step up and my drink rings up at $1.89. Cashier tells me to punch in any phone number and skip the rest. BAM! Your drink costs 79 cents, as it's rung up as a Slurpee. Thanks ‐-------------- BTW, UL Reg was at $4.35, which isn't cheap Some "interesting " people loitering about in the parking lot and side street nearby. Lock your vehicle. read more

7-11 isn't much of a destination these days. the gas isn't top tier. the eats have too much sodium, fats, sugar.... the covfefe is too watery. the beer selection is the same all over, limited. this location has some parking at least. drink: jasmine tea (1.99) unsweetened. -all only brands have too much sugar, even pure tea's fruit flavor labels.o read more

Cashier , the young chubby lady not respecting customer! Bad service! Talked so rude and used middle finger to customer.Bad attitude! I was bought the lotto by chosen the number and I didn't know someone marked on advance play (2). When she asked me pays $12 and I told her I buy only 3 plays means $6 . Why cost $ 12. She didn't explain how and she says I'm not serious! When I asked her why and she say I play 2 time by I marked on advance play! I explained her the chosen paper I got from the table and I overlooked but can not say I am not serious! I can pay for it but don't tell customer not serious. The reason I'm about to write a review is because the attitude of the employee at the store today July 26th 6:55 outside of the store post it $1 coffee iced coffee. I ordered a delivery order from this 7-11 this morning. The hostess crunch donettes were expired 6 weeks ago and had mold on them. I didn't realize it until half were eaten. Called corporate and they don't care. Tried calling the store and no one answers this number. Check any food for being moldy or expired from this location. read more

This 7-11 never did me wrong. I usually go for the free slurpees tho so I'm not really a regular. My friend got a coffee once and it was only a dollar so that was pretty nice. It was a pretty nice coffee too with no assfire repercussions. I didn't really notice the food tho so they may have been biohazards as other reviews said. read more

Horrible customer service!! I said hello/good morning to the cashier lady and I get a dead stare, no greeting back. Ok, moving right along...she quickly rings me up and I notice that she charged me $2.39 for soda. I just got a cup with ice (you can clearly see though the cup that it was just ice). Asked her what the charge was for and she dead-eye's me and said soda. I said it's just ice. She says it's the same price. Dead.Eye. I've been to many gas stations/convenience stores and they never charge full price (max $1 for the cup/ice). She charges $.25 for a bag (w/o asking) and throws every to in there and leaves it open on the counter. WOW! Nice customer service lady! I filled my ice cup with a drink just out of principle. Open all night= plus. Mold on beef jerky? Not the biz. There are three different Indian randos working there, two are nice one hates his life and has a huge stick up his ass. Never buy their bananas. My babydaddy bought one and proceeded to eat it only to find there was a sowing NEEDLE in the center. Thankfully he didn't swallow it, I'm sure he could have sued them. Instead he went in and returned the banana, needle and all. We were there three days ago, he picked up a piece of jerky, it was covered in mold. Seriously?! Someone needs to get the food inspectors over there. Reminds me of the Kwik E mart except it's not comedy when you almost swallow a needle. Fuck real life Apu's, they need to watch their store and monitor the merchandise they have on sale. Pissed off ! I had to take my girl to get some oil for her car at 10:30pm at night - she got a pack of smokes and some oil and i bought a diet coke (in the can thank god) and a Reeses peanut butter cup - as my girl is adding the oil to her car I peel open the Reese's and toss one in my mouth..sight unseen.. a strange sensation hit my mouth as I could tell this thing was old and stale and f-ing nasty...I spit it out and turned the light on to check the other piece and the label -...moldy as HELL! I opened the car door and spit it out - I looked at the expiration date on the label - it was July of 2017 ! 6 months past the expiration date ! I told the indian dude behind the counter that he is selling expired food..he just said "you ate it didn't you? I can't give money back!" I felt like throwing it at him...NEVER going back...watch out on their food ..because they don't give a damn..and don't want to lose $$ on throwing expired food out ...he probably acquires bad food cheap and tries to re-sell it .. this place sucks read more

I have gone to this 7-Eleven every so often, especially when I notice fortuitous gas prices. Yesterday the marquee, visible from Fremont Blvd., had read $4.25 / gal for regular. After I paid inside, also purchasing a large bottle of water, I noticed the pump price was $4.21 / gal. Wooohooo!!! So I got about 7 gallons for $30. The only weird thing was the express pay terminal--normally, with the associated credit cards using this format, I don't have to sign, but this one I had to so I could complete the transaction.
